I Am Safe And Loved

This guided meditation helps your child to find a safe place within themselves. It teaches them that there is a place inside them that is always available, a place where you feel calm, at peace and safe. Listen to this track in a quiet environment. Enjoy!

Find yourself a comfortable place. A place where you feel warm, Happy and safe. Slowly close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, All the way to your belly. And a slow breath out. One more time, Breathe in, And out. Imagine yourself on top of a staircase. This staircase leads you to a beautiful safe space inside you. Your safe and sacred garden. Look at the steps. What colour do they have? And the banister? What material are they made of? Look carefully. There are 10 steps to the bottom of the staircase. Take a look at your feet. And when you're ready, Place a foot on the first step. Left foot first, Then your right foot. Then the second step. Left foot first, And then your right. With every step that you go down, You feel more and more relaxed. Take your time. One step at a time. Left, Right. Left, Right. Left, Right. When you have reached the bottom of the staircase, You can see a door. This door leads you to your safe and sacred garden. What does your door look like? What colour does it have? What kind of material? Is it big or small? Narrow or wide? Your door is perfect the way it is. It's your door. Slowly open it. Once your door is open, You step into a beautiful garden. Take a look around. Right in front of you, You can see a path. This path leads you to your safe space. Follow the path and look around. What do you see? What does the sky look like? What can you hear and smell? Once you've reached your safe place, Have a seat or lie down. Take a slow and deep breath in. This is your safe place. This place is always there at any time. You can always come here. Maybe you want to invite someone or something to your place. Someone or something that you really love that makes you feel happy. This can be a person or an animal. Everything is okay. Listen carefully to the kind message that they have for you. Thank them as they leave. And with the beautiful message in your heart, You look once again at your beautiful sacred garden. This is your safe space. Whisper to yourself, I am safe and loved. I am safe and loved. I am safe and loved. Take your time to let the message and affirmation sink in. When you are ready, Take one more look at your beautiful garden. Slowly stand up and follow your path back to the entrance. Open your door, Knowing that this is your safe place and that you can come back at any time. With a smile on your face and gratefulness in your heart, You close the door behind you. You walk back to the staircase and slowly climb the stairs. One step at a time. Left foot first and then the right foot. With every step you take, You feel more awake. And when you've reached the top of the stairs, You are fully awake. You take a deep breath in and out and start wiggling your toes and fingers. On the count of three, You open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day. One, Two, Three.
