Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Gently close your eyes.
We will begin by taking three slow deep breaths together to help us relax into the present moment.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Another deep breath in and out.
And a last slow breath in and out.
Allow your breath to return to its own rhythm.
Gently shift your attention from your breath to your heart space.
You may want to place your hand over your heart to help you connect with your heart energy.
Spend a few moments connecting with your heart.
Without any judgment,
Connect with how your heart is feeling right now.
Next,
I would like you to feel into your heart for any energies that may not belong to you.
This may take a little practice,
So just be gentle with yourself.
There is no wrong way of doing this.
Confidence to discern between your own energy and the energy of others will come with practice.
Whenever you feel an energy in your heart that doesn't feel like it belongs to you,
Inhale slowly and deeply.
When you exhale,
Say the following words to yourself or out loud.
I lovingly bless and transform this energy and send it back from where it came.

Every time you do this,
You transmute this unwanted energy from heaviness into a blessing.
I will now give you some time to try this on your own.
When you have released all of the energies that don't belong to you,
It is time to work with your own energy.

Feel gently and lovingly into your heart.

No matter what you are feeling,
Try to approach your own energy with love and compassion and without any judgement.
Our own energy is not always positive or light,
But it doesn't have to be.
Whatever we are feeling always teaches us exactly what we need to know if we are willing to listen.
Regardless of what you are feeling,
If you can embrace your own energy with love and acceptance,
It will be transformed.
Even our heaviest feelings can be transformed into a lesson or show us the way towards where we want to go.
We all have love inside our hearts.
It is innate to being human.
I would like you to visualize a small spark of loving light inside your heart.
Now allow this spark of light to grow larger and brighter by sending loving and compassionate thoughts towards yourself.
As the light inside your heart grows bigger and brighter,
It lights up all areas inside your heart,
Even the darkest corners that you hide from yourself.
Allow this light to add love and compassion to your energy and feel your heart become lighter.
You can manage any feeling and uplift your energy if you approach all of your feelings with love and compassion.
Spend a few moments focusing on the light of love and compassion spreading throughout your heart.
Enjoy any sensations of lightness that you may be experiencing.
Know that you are capable of raising your energy vibration no matter what you are feeling.
You are an energetically powerful being.
