
Compassion Meditation To People You Choose
Henrik conducts free weekly online meditations with a group open to new participants. This particular session was held just before the winter holidays, focusing on providing participants the best conditions to enjoy their time off with loved ones. To ease into the meditative state from our busy lives, we start with gentle massage and simple breathing exercises, creating a sanctuary of calm. The centerpiece of our practice is compassion meditation, where you focus on the people of your choosing. This practice aims to deepen understanding, acceptance, and appreciation for their unique selves. During these moments, you will be open to any personal messages or insights that might emerge. We conclude with a period of quiet reflection, allowing the insights gained in meditation to resonate deeply as you engage in abdominal breathing, free from any guided visualization. These sessions are a journey into self-discovery and inner peace, offering a chance to reconnect with what truly matters.
