She completed Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), Brown's MBSR teacher training program, and is a Mindful Self Compassion teacher. She is completing her training as a yoga therapist at Kripalu in 2026. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma
