Head.
Good morning everyone,
Let's get started with our quick morning practice together.
Let's take our legs wider than hip distance apart.
And just allow the knees to soften,
The hips to come down.
And this feeling of ease,
Ease in the body.
Allow the shoulders to relax.
The eyes,
The face.
Allow the belly,
Most importantly the belly,
To let go.
Okay,
We're going to gently just start to bring our hands together.
And let's rub and create some heat.
This is our lau gung points.
We're going to rub them together.
To create cheese.
To create energy.
And there's no point in rushing anything.
Just know that you have this time for you.
We're going to take the hands.
Slightly wider and just take a moment to feel The Chi.
The energy,
The key.
Bring the hands back together.
Part them again.
Back together.
Good and then again let's rub them again.
We're going to come into a centering exercise.
Ladies,
We take our right hand and we place it just below our belly button and our left hand on top.
Gentlemen,
Place your right hand first,
Sorry,
Your left hand first and then your right hand,
Okay?
Close your eyes,
Relax,
Soften.
And I want you to use your imagination here.
To visualize a sphere,
A ball.
It can be the size of a tennis ball,
A golf ball.
Right in your centre,
So this centre is an inch and a half behind the belly button and an inch and a half down.
Around about there.
And I'd like you to visualize expanding the ball as you breathe in.
And contracting the ball as you breathe out.
Keep going.
And as you expand this ball,
See if you can allow the expansion to be as big as your body.
Imagine your energy field being three meters outside.
And contract back.
To the size of the bowl at the beginning.
Perhaps your breath is lengthening.
The exhale is also extending.
As you anchor yourself in this moment.
Beautiful.
Okay,
Now begin to open your hands,
Breathe in.
Expand,
Feel the sense of openness in your lower dantian.
And I want you to imagine you're gathering qi,
Fresh morning qi,
Into your body.
The belly into the lower dantian.
Let them imagine the balls going in.
Then come to the heart,
Breathing in.
Big open heart.
Expand,
Stretch the fingers.
Gather,
Chee in the hands,
Beautiful glistening balls of chi and fresh energy into the heart.
Let it go all the way in.
And then up to the third eye,
We breathe in.
Beautiful openness,
Expansive.
Feel like you have a channel coming from the back of your head right through the third eye and draw those qi balls in.
To the third eye.
Beautiful.
And then let's push down.
Push down.
Into the lower dantier.
Lovely.
Rub your hands together.
We're going to imagine now a column of light.
So I want you to take your hands wider.
And we're going to drop the hands down,
Keeping this connection to the low gung points,
Centre of the palm.
Breathe in,
Widen the Chi.
There's still a connection like a thread between the palms.
And then as you get to the top,
I want you to imagine a column of light going through the top of your head.
Right through the spine.
Through the sit bones and into the earth core.
Anchoring you right here,
Right now,
Breathing in.
Bring the hands back together and imagine this beautiful light coming right through the top of the head.
Through the spine.
Into the air.
Again,
Breathing in.
Exhale.
Again,
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Lovely.
One more breathing in.
And exhale.
This is the heaven.
Coming down to the earth connection.
Beautiful.
Now we're going to go into our tapping.
So we're going to use our hands.
We're going to tap,
It doesn't matter if you have clothing on,
We're going to tap down the meridians so the channel runs down the inside of the arm to the fingers.
Here we have the lungs,
The large intestine.
The heart,
The small and tasty.
We have the triple warmer,
Or sometimes known as the sanjao.
And the pericardium.
So we do three taps.
Good,
Find a different part of your arm and then we're going to go across to the chest.
Breathe in.
This is our lungs,
Just tapping in,
Also where our.
.
.
We have our.
.
.
Just trying to remember the name.
We have our.
And we go down the other side,
It will come.
Paint up the back our limbs.
3 times down three times up.
Good.
We're going to go to the top of the head by waypoint.
What's happened here?
Good,
Then we're going to go to the forehead and I want you to imagine you're parting clouds here.
And you bring your hand down to the jaw and release off.
So breathing in.
You're parting,
Combing away the clouds to reveal the blue sky and release.
Breathing in.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
You're cleaning the clouds of the mind.
Fantastic.
We're going to take the index finger and middle finger and we're going to circle around the third eye area.
Clearing the mirror here.
So this has a connection to your pineal gland.
You can also take it up to the hairline.
Beautiful,
And go the other way.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Fantastic.
Now we're going to take our whole hand and we're going to slap our face.
Waking up.
This macrocosm,
Microcosm of the whole body.
Hans and thiefs.
Good,
Then we're going to tap.
Please get right into the going to the under eyes around the eyebrows.
Into the temples,
The cheekbones.
The jaw,
The upper leg.
The sides of the nose.
The chin.
Good.
Okay,
We're going to then come to the ears.
We're going to split the fingers and we're going to rub the sides,
Up the front and the back of the ears.
Then we're going to pull at the ears using your fingers.
We're going to pull and make the ears nice and pliable.
And so.
Massaging the ears.
Good,
We want to have nice soft ears.
You can also press into them,
Right into the inner part of the ear.
It's a lovely point there.
Okay,
Now we're going to come down to the stair number.
And we're going to tap the sternum.
This is where the Falmiscan lies.
Breathing in.
Breathing.
Good,
We're going to go down to the digestive system.
Start on the right side.
Go over to the left side.
And a circle.
We're using our tappy hand,
So nice and loose,
Nothing rigid.
Everything is sore.
Effortless.
Okay,
Now we're going to go towards the kidneys.
Find your hip bone.
And go in from the hip bone.
So up a little bit and there's your kidneys.
And then when you rub your kidneys,
Just move up and down with the heels.
Good.
Okay.
And now we go down the legs so we have three channels running down the back or the sides of the legs.
So here we have the bladder.
The kidneys.
We have the gallbladder.
We have the liver.
Up the inside.
And then we also have.
The spleen.
And the stomach.
Pancreas.
And we finish here in the.
.
.
The Quah.
This is another energy gate.
What's happening here?
Drumming.
Breathing in.
Breathing.
Awakening everything up this morning.
Feeling good.
Good,
Okay and release.
Huh.
Just notice how that feels in your body,
How much more.
.
.
Relaxed and calm and in harmony everything is.
Okay,
We're going to now begin our shape.
So here.
We're going to start with the feet and this is just allowing and letting go.
So let's begin with one foot.
We're going to just start to shake it off,
Really see if you can make it nice and loose.
Flee loose.
And then the other side.
Good.
Okay,
Now let's get into the lecture.
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Into the hips and get the legs going and the hips going.
That's it.
Good.
Okay,
Now legs,
Hips,
Body.
Body going.
And then let's get into the arms and hands.
So imagine you've got water and you want to shake it up.
That's it.
Good.
Keep going.
Keep going,
Don't lose momentum.
Imagine a washing machine.
Inside,
It's coming from the core.
Okay,
Now we're going to get into the shoulders,
Into the face.
Let the hair fly.
Let the hair loose.
Also,
Loosen the lips.
Call it horsey lips.
Blahblahblah Oh my god.
Keep going now,
Keep going.
That's it,
Keep going.
You've got this.
Shaking off tension.
Dress.
Getting rid of anything.
It's been stuck in the tissues of our body.
Emotions is energy.
In motion.
Keep going,
Keep going.
Keep going.
Keep going,
Keep going.
And stop.
Take a moment.
Still.
Nice strong breaths.
Breathing in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Good.
Just hello.
The body to be soft and relaxed here.
Remember your horse stance.
Knees are soft.
Shoulders are relaxed.
Okay,
Now we're going to take our hands.
And imagine now you're gathering tea.
This is to settle our energy and we're going to imagine those tea balls now.
It's like you're pushing a ball into water.
All the way down.
Good and again,
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Push down in.
Gather the balls nice and slow.
I'm feeling quite strong energy coming through my Laogang point.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Good okay now with that we're going to move into a flushing.
Okay,
So we're going to breathe in three sips of air as we lift our arms up,
Out and up again.
And then when we exhale,
We fold.
Out the mouth and we let the arms fly back.
Okay,
So this is called the breath of joy in the Buddhist practice.
All right,
So let's go.
So we breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
And out.
Good,
Again.
In,
In,
In,
Out.
Good.
In,
In,
In,
Out.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in.
Good,
Keep going.
Keep going.
One more.
Good,
And release.
Well done.
Now because it's the morning we're just going to finish with a few of the practices for the lungs and the large intestine.
This is also associated with the metal elements.
So that lovely sense of grounding.
Releasing and feeling very,
Very in harmony.
So we're going to interlace our hands.
We're going to bring our hands up towards the chest as we breathe in.
And then as we exhale,
We're going to push out,
Tuck the chin in.
And then we're going to inhale,
Lift the hands up,
Still interlace.
And with that flexion still on the inside,
The fingers facing in.
Push the heel of the hand away.
That's the exhale.
Breathe in.
Push.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Breathe in.
Push,
Round the back,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale,
Round the back,
Inhale.
Lift up,
Lengthen your whole body and then exhale as we work with the lungs and the large intestine.
Again,
One more.
And exhale,
Beautiful.
Okay,
Bring your hands to the inside of your legs.
Inhale,
Lift the heart,
Arc the back.
Exhale round,
Tuck the chin,
Tuck the tailbone.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
And round the back as you exhale.
Good.
Okay,
Now.
.
.
I want you to work on your balance,
Again imagining this beautiful colour white that's associated with metal.
We're going to lift up onto our tippy toes as we imagine these arms as wings,
Big giant white wings.
And then with control I want you to bring the arms down and the heels down nice and slow as you exhale.
Again,
Inhale.
Up onto the tips of the toes.
Exhale with control,
Bring the heels down.
Here we're also working with the liver.
Also the kidneys.
And the spleen energy.
Breathing in.
And breathing.
Amen.
And breathing out.
Beautiful.
And how I want you to imagine.
The moon over the lake.
And we're going to take our hands across the lake.
We're gonna inhale,
Lift up.
Over the moon.
And exhale across the water.
Beautiful breathing in and breathing out.
As you really imagine.
The scene.
Of the moon over the lake.
We'll go the opposite direction.
Crossing.
The leg,
Breathing in.
Around the moon,
Exhale down the side.
Again,
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Beautiful.
Okay we're just going to now rub our hands together.
Take a nice deep inhale.
Open up your hands,
Look at your hands,
Exhale out into the hands.
Inhale,
Rise up.
Hands up nice and high,
Clap.
Bring the hands down over the head,
Sweeping over the back of the head.
Come down to the chest,
Backs of the hands come past the heart,
The stomach,
Come to the kidneys.
Now just place the hands on the kidney area.
Lao gang points should feel in the center of the palm should feel really nice and warm.
On the kidneys.
And then take a nice big inhale.
As you exhale,
Sweep down the backs of the legs,
Come to the feet.
Come right up the inside of the legs,
Sweeping.
Come to this.
Lur Dan Tien.
It also signifies nine,
The number nine.
The completion.
And we are circling.
In a clockwise direction so from right to left.
And then we go the opposite way.
From left to right,
Up the way.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Beautiful and just notice how you feel.
Close your eyes,
Take a moment to internalize everything you've just done.
You've just increased the size of your chi.
Your energy field.
Is now meters outside your body.
And I hope you can go into your day feeling this sense of calm.
Harmony,
Peace.
Tranquility.
With this beautiful,
Calm nervous system.
Hope you have a wonderful,
Wonderful day.
Thank you for practicing with me.
Lots of love.
