Welcome,
And thank you for choosing love today.
Thank you for accepting the invitation to see yourself as love sees you.
I'd like to invite you to close your eyes with me and let's take a deep breath together.
We're going to breathe in for a count of five,
Hold for a count of five,
And release for a count of five.
So let's breathe in,
Hold,
And breathe out.
Now I'm going to hold your hands in mine.
And with your eyes still closed,
I invite you to recall yourself when you were a child.
You can choose any moment when you were a small child.
Just find a mental snapshot you can hold as your focus.
Now imagine you are sitting comfortably on a couch,
Or it could be a floor,
Or just any spot that feels safe to you.
And when you look down,
You notice the hands you are holding are now the hands of your childhood self.
You look up to see this innocent face,
And this innocent face is looking to you,
Full of hope,
Trust,
And love.
Notice your young self's hair.
Is it short?
Is it off your face?
Is it gently falling against your cheekbones?
Is it curly?
Is it straight?
Is it messy?
Notice your young self's eyes.
What color are they?
Are they twinkling?
Are they tired?
Do they have that little crust in the corner?
Notice your young lips and the shape of your mouth.
Notice the size and shape of your nose.
You are breathing in sync with one another now.
Float yourself outside of your body and look at the two of you there.
See your child self looking at you,
Holding your hands,
Waiting.
Notice how you are the voice your child self wants to hear.
Notice how you are the voice your child self trusts.
Now float back into your body and feel those small hands in yours.
As you sit with each other,
I am going to remind you of what love says about you,
And I invite you to repeat each reminder to yourself.
And know that your child self is going to repeat them as well.
So now let's take one more deep breath together,
Breathing in for five.
Now hold,
Breathing out.
Now you are still holding hands and your child self is hearing every word you say.
I am important.
I am enough.
I am complete.
I am valuable.
I am wise.
I am calm.
I am loved.
I am grateful.
My feelings matter.
I am whole.
I am living a great life.
My voice matters.
I am happy.
I am hopeful.
I am loved.
I trust and follow my intuition.
I am thankful.
My body is healthy.
I love my body.
I am courageous.
My prayers are heard.
I am confident.
I am loving.
I am loved.
I can do this.
My dreams matter.
I am worthy.
I am blessed and I am a blessing to others.
I am abundance.
I am wealth.
I am patient.
I am loved.
I am fulfilling my purpose.
I am open.
I am open to all the beautiful things that are coming to me.
I have an open mind.
I have an open heart.
I have open arms.
I am joy.
I am peace.
I am loved.
My life matters.
I believe in myself.
I am balanced.
I am strong.
I am sensitive.
And that's a good thing.
I am loved.
I deserve to be here.
I am a good person.
I am thoughtful.
