This love meditation is an invitation for anyone who is feeling imbalanced or uncertain of their true nature. It is a quick reminder that we are in this together, that we are one, and that we are who love says we are.

Welcome and thank you for accepting the invitation to see your life the way love sees your life. In all its abundance, Richness and gratitude. I like for you to imagine I'm holding your hands in mine. And as I remind myself of the truth love says about me, I also remind you. And as you remind yourself of the truth love says about you, You also remind me. Because we are one. And I am complete. I am tuned in to Divine Wisdom. My thoughts are positive. I speak the truth. I pray and I listen. I give and receive love. I am successful, Grateful, Peaceful and strong. My body is healthy. My soul is tranquil. I forgive myself and I forgive others. I have faith and I am blessed with an incredible family and wonderful friends. Now with your hands still in mine and until our hearts meet again, Let us commit to loving ourselves more so we can love others better.
