Especially nowadays it is so important that we expand our heart energy and send it out into the world and towards all the people we love.
So,
Let's get started!
First,
A quick warning at the end of this video.
Give yourself 15 seconds or so,
So that you can really land,
Get back in your body and fully be present.
And you know it,
For the rest of us all,
Grab a pillow,
Grab a blanket,
Sit in lotus position,
Put your hands in a mudra and slowly start to close your eyes while I turn on the music.
Slowly start to close your eyes.
Placing your hands in a mudra,
Palms facing up,
Up towards the ceiling.
And slowly start to focus on your breathing process.
Breathing in through your nose and out of your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out of your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out of your mouth.
And now,
To whatever you really feel,
That your body is going deeper and deeper into that state of relaxation.
As you slowly start to focus your tension towards your feet,
Feeling your toes relaxing,
Feeling your ankles relaxing,
Feeling your whole legs relaxing,
As if your whole lower body is being pushed down into the pillow,
Feeling all those muscles,
All those bones becoming oh so heavy.
Feeling your hips relaxing,
Feeling your belly relaxing,
Feeling your arms relaxing,
Feeling every single muscle,
Every single bone in your arms oh so relaxed,
As you feel your whole back area,
Going deeper into that state of relaxation,
As you now release any heaviness and any tension from your back area.
Feeling your chest becoming relaxed and oh so heavy,
Feeling your shoulders becoming so heavy,
As if they are being pushed down into relaxation,
Feeling your neck relaxing,
All those small muscles in your neck oh so relaxed,
As you feel your chin,
Your jaw,
Your cheeks,
Your lips,
Your nose,
Oh so relaxed.
As if every single little muscle in your face is being pushed down,
Pulled down into relaxation,
Feeling your eyes relaxing,
Feeling your eyelids relaxing,
As if they are glued together,
Feeling your eyebrows relaxing,
Feeling your forehead fully relaxed here and now,
As you slowly start to focus on the top of your head and at the top of your head start to see a white bright light.
Every single time you inhale,
You expand this light at the top of your head,
Seeing this light becoming bigger and brighter,
As you expand it more and more,
And slowly in your mind's eyes start to pull this light all the way down,
See it rolling over your forehead,
Over your eyebrows,
Over your eyes,
Over your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your lips,
Over your chin,
All the way down the back of your head,
Surrounding your neck.
With this beautiful light,
Pulling it down over your shoulders,
Over your chest,
Pulling it all the way down,
Over your belly,
Filling up your whole back area,
Filling up your hips,
Surrounding your hips,
Surrounding your legs,
Surrounding your ankles,
Surrounding your feet,
And all your toes,
Even in between your toes.
See this light dancing around you,
And with every inhalation,
Expand this light,
Expand this light even further,
See it coming out of your body,
As if you are now in a light bubble,
Fully protected,
Connected,
And oh so grounded.
And in your mind's eye,
Start to see yourself sitting in an open field,
Seeing that grass underneath you,
Maybe you see some trees around you,
Seeing the blue sky,
Feeling that sun on your face,
As you see birds flying by,
Hopping from one tree to another,
Feeling that fresh breeze touching your face,
And all this goodness from Mother Nature makes you so calm and so relaxed.
And slowly in front of you,
Straight in front of you,
Sitting across from you,
Start to see your mom and your dad sitting in front of you,
Seeing their silhouette,
Their body,
Their head,
Their eyes,
Seeing their smile,
Their nose,
Their hair,
Looking at them,
Seeing them clearly,
Gently start to put your right hand on your heart,
Feeling that heartbeat inside your chest,
Feeling your heartbeats inside your chest,
That rhythm of the universe beating inside of you,
That infinite love that is inside each and every single one of us.
Your heartbeat is a constant reminder of your infinite love,
Of the infinite love of the universe,
And as you connect with your heartbeat,
See your parents doing the same,
See that their hand is on their heart,
See that with every heartbeat,
Their smile becomes bigger and brighter,
And your mind's eyes start to visualize a little seed in your heart,
As you focus on this little seed that is in your heart,
Slowly see this little seed expanding.
And if you like,
You can even give it a color,
Maybe the color green because it is so close to nature.
As you expand this little seed,
Send a cord from your heart to your mom's heart,
To your dad's heart,
And start to visualize your brothers and sisters sitting next to your parents,
Sitting the same as you,
In lotus position with their hands on their heart,
And slowly start to expand this cord even further,
Seed going from your heart to your sister's heart,
To your brother's heart,
And with every inhalation start to expand this cord,
Start to send more light into this cord,
As you start to visualize more people,
Seeing your aunt,
Your uncle,
Your nieces,
Your nephews,
Seeing your friends,
All sitting straight in front of you,
Forming a massive group of people,
And start to ask them if they can invite even more people into this magical field,
As you feel your heart beat,
Becoming bigger and brighter,
Sending out all of that light,
From your heart to their heart,
Expanding that cord of light with all those people,
As they expand their cord of light towards all the people they love,
As you breathe in through your nose,
Deep inhalation through your nose,
And as soon as you release out of your mouth,
Visualize all that light coming from your heart,
And out of your body,
Sending all of this light into the cord,
And feeling all that light in your whole body,
And seeing all those people in front of you smiling,
Radiating all of this light,
And makes you so happy,
As if every single cell in your whole body is vibrating of love.
Would every inhalation keep sending out all of that goodness,
Sending out all of that light?
Keep sending out all of that light,
As you expand your heart energy,
With all the people you love,
And see all the people you love expanding their heart energy to all the people they love,
As you all light up the world with your love,
As you keep expanding your light,
So that every single heart beat.
In your mind's eyes,
Start to speak your gratitude for all these people,
Start to speak your gratitude for Mother Nature,
Start to speak your gratitude for yourself,
You took the time to expand your heart energy,
And remember every single breath you take,
Every single move you make,
You are expanding this love infinitely,
Now and always.
Take the last couple of minutes or seconds to bathe in this love.
Slowly and gently coming back to the room,
Being here and now,
Fully back,
Fully back in the room,
Fully present,
Fully,
Fully back.
