Take a deep breath in and exhale out.

In this journey we're going to connect with your inner light.

The light that you call upon when you feel sadness,

When you feel struggle.

The light that will be your lighthouse in times of challenges.

I want you to picture a stream of love coming from a bright light in front of you.

And this light is streaming love right into your heart center.

Located in the area around your physical heart.

It is this magnetic love that attracts all to itself.

This is the love that we refer to as love and light.

Put your body in a comfortable position and adjust your posture so that you feel relaxed.

Relax your jaw and the muscles around your eyes and pay attention to your body and relax any areas of tightness or tension.

Let go of your outer world for now.

Become aware of your inner world of thoughts and feelings.

Release any concerns about how your day is going or what you need to do next.

Continue to relax and rise into this light by playing with your breathing.

Take a deep,

Easy breath in and imagine that you're breathing in this bright light.

Then release your breath gently and imagine that you're sending this light out to the world with your out breath.

And you're going to repeat this a few more times.

Let yourself grow more relaxed with each breath.

So take a deep breath in and imagine you're breathing that light out into the world.

And as you take that breath out,

That ever increasing light keeps expanding.

Take another deep breath in and imagine that you're breathing in the light.

Then release your breath gently,

Imagining that you're sending this light out to the world with the out breath.

We're going to do that two more times.

Take a deep breath in and imagine that you're breathing in the light.

And release your breath gently.

Imagine that you're sending that light out into the world with your out breath.

Take a deep,

Easy breath in and imagine that you're breathing in the solar light.

Then release your breath out,

Sending out that light to the world with your out breath.

And picture your spine as a hollow rod that can hold light.

Call this light to you,

Letting it fill this rod with light.

Keep absorbing the light until you've created a pillar of light inside your body that begins to glow.

Light spreads out from this pillar into an area around your body,

Forming a cocoon of light all around you.

Let your light continue to move outward.

And if it does,

Imagine that you can sense light in all the material objects and living things around you.

Everything in your world is vibrating light.

Close your eyes and picture what your environment might look like if you could see that everything is light.

And as you do this,

You're developing the ability to experience the energies of light.

Relax into your body even more.

As you breathe in this light,

Send a stream of light into the center of every cell in your body.

Now look at your emotions.

They need to become very still.

Imagine them looking like small vibrating particles of light that surround your body,

Your physical body.

And picture these emotions vibrating rapidly when you're in ordinary consciousness.

Strong emotions and fears can cause your body to vibrate intensely.

To quiet your emotions,

Breathe in calmly like you just did and think of the light.

Think of the light touching these vibrating particles of emotion until they become calm.

Imagine the light controlling these vibrating emotions until they become calm.

Sense these vibrating particles of emotions growing quieter.

When strong emotions take will,

Breathe in the light and picture,

Visualize,

You calming the vibrating particles of these emotions with the light.

If there are any thoughts that you want to release,

Picture them leafing on your out breath.

Let all the old limiting self sabotaging thoughts be released with this breath.

And if any persistent thoughts come in that you don't want,

Just draw this light to them with your in breath.

Surround each thought with so much light that it turns into light.

Turn these thoughts transformed light with every breath you breathe out.

You can stay calm no matter what thoughts you have.

When you let these thoughts come into your mind,

You can turn them into light.

Focus on this light every time you want to be calm.

Every time you find yourself struggling with your emotions,

Take a moment to connect to this light.

You already have it.

You don't have to look to the outside world.

You already have what's in you right now.

You already have it.

You already have it.

You already have it.

You already have it.
