Blocks may feel like a hindrance, but in reality, our Higher Self always does what's best for us. Let's find out what loving message this block may have for us, why we placed it, what the block is trying to protect us from, and with the same love and respect that we picked up the block, let's release it. Let's open ourselves up to our creativity that exists within us every day. This is an EFT Tapping Session. EFT Points: Start with the Side of the Hand, then: 1. Eyebrow 2. Side of Eye 3. Under Eye 4. Under Nose 5. Under Lip 6. Collarbone 7. Side of Chest 8. Top of Head Then repeat from the Eyebrow again.

Hello,

Welcome to the EFT Tapping meeting.

Today we will be doing a tapping on creativity and what that means to you if you are a singer,

If you are a dancer,

If you are a writer,

If you are somebody who just appreciates creativity because it takes a creative eye to appreciate creativity,

Then this is for you.

Other forms of creativity would be cooking,

Designing a home,

Keeping a house clean.

There's a lot of creativity in that.

Looking for jobs,

Like anything you can think of,

There's always a spark of creativity in it.

So let's try to find that spark of creativity in us,

Notice it,

And let's allow the flow of it to help us come alive.

So thank you.

And I always do my tapping with a prayer.

I started with a prayer and I ask higher power,

Universe,

God,

Source to be the one to lead the tapping for us.

Dear God,

Please do your will for this tapping session.

Please be the one to say the words for us.

Please come over here and do this tapping for us.

Please help us feel the flow of creativity according to your will.

And please do your will for this tapping.

Thank you.

And we'll start with side of hand.

We will tap,

I'll actually say the points first.

So our first point is the side of hand.

The soft fleshy part,

Also known as the karate chop.

Second point is the eyebrow.

So the eyebrow connect closest to your nose,

The very edge of your eyebrow.

Next point is side of eye.

So it's not the temple,

But literally the side of eye.

The next point is under eye.

So not the soft fleshy part,

But the bone under the eye.

And then next is under nose.

And then next is under lip.

So not the chin,

But that groove between your chin and lip.

And then collarbone.

So find your collarbone and then go one inch down.

Or you can also tap in the center of your collarbone.

And then side of chest.

So the side of chest is also known as the bra strap line.

And if that point is uncomfortable for you,

Or you just don't want to go to that point,

An alternative point is the back of hand.

So any hand left or right.

The back of hand in between your ring and pinky finger.

Not the knuckle,

But right below the knuckle.

And then top of head.

So the center of your head,

Also known as the crown chakra.

And you can tap on both sides of your body,

Or you can tap on one side of your body.

You can use as many fingers as you'd like.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Whatever is comfortable for you.

And when you tap,

We're not trying to tap so hard that we're in pain.

It's really just a soft tap.

Just enough to feel it.

So we'll start with side of hand.

And I will go around the whole tapping points,

But I will not say them first,

What points I'm going to.

That kind of distracts me.

But the order is side of hand,

Eyebrow,

Side of eye,

Under eye,

Under nose,

Under lip,

Collarbone,

Side of chest,

Top of head.

And if you don't follow that in order,

That's fine.

You know,

There's no mistakes with tapping.

The fact that you're tapping,

You're already doing wonderful for yourself.

Again,

We'll start with side of hand.

Even though I may have a block in my creativity,

I still deeply and completely choose to love,

Accept,

And honor myself.

Even though I may have a block in my creativity,

Maybe I feel stuck.

Maybe I feel black and white.

Maybe I just need more color in my life.

I still deeply and completely love,

Honor,

And accept all of me and all of my experiences.

Even though I may have a block in my creativity,

And maybe it frustrates me,

Maybe it makes me feel angry,

Maybe it makes me feel really down.

I still deeply and completely choose to love,

Accept,

And forgive myself and anyone who may be contributing to this block in my creativity.

Next point,

Eyebrow.

I have this block in my creativity,

And maybe it makes me feel sad.

Maybe it makes me feel angry.

Maybe it makes me feel hopeless.

Maybe it makes me feel like,

What's the point?

This block in my creativity.

Where is it coming from?

How did it get here?

If all of me truly loves me,

If my whole body truly works for me,

All my cells working for me,

All my organs keeping me alive,

If all of me truly is for me,

Then maybe this block is for me,

Too.

Maybe this block has a message for me,

Too.

Dear block to my creativity,

Who are you?

What are you?

How did you get here?

And what is your message for me?

My creativity stems from my feminine side.

Both men and women have a feminine side.

My creativity also comes from my inner child.

We were all children once,

With a full imagination,

Fearless about our creativity.

And even if we weren't fearless as children,

We were all born with creativity.

Did something happen to you?

Did something happen to block me from my childhood?

Did something happen to block me from my feminine side?

Our feminine side is the gentler side,

The passive,

The receiver.

Did something happen in my life that maybe I placed this block here?

What am I protecting myself from?

Blocks are like walls,

Like doors.

These things protect us.

And somehow,

My inner child,

My inner wisdom,

My higher self,

My inner child,

And my feminine side needed to protect me from something.

And it served me up until now.

Now I believe.

I may be strong enough to unblock that protection because I am protected in many other ways.

So whatever I've been protecting myself from,

I honor myself for being so smart,

So loving to place that block.

Thank you,

Myself.

But now I choose to protect myself in different ways,

In ways that will serve me better,

In ways that's not the form of a block.

I choose to open myself up to my creativity.

I honor all my experiences.

I honor all the trauma I have faced.

I honor all the pain I have experienced that led me to having this block.

And with the same love and respect that I put this block,

With that same love and respect,

I release it.

Thank you,

Block.

You are free.

And I am free.

And I open myself up to my creativity.

I can start really small.

I don't have to be able to paint the most beautiful painting right away.

I don't have to hit the highest notes right away.

I can start by seeing my natural creativity,

The way I see these flowers,

The way I can see color in nature,

The way I enjoy my favorite meal.

That's being creative to me.

I can be creative to myself too.

A chef cannot cook an amazing meal if he didn't enjoy eating too.

A painter cannot paint a beautiful painting if they didn't enjoy seeing beauty in the world.

A singer cannot sing if they didn't enjoy listening to music.

So what is my natural creativity that I experience every single day?

When I breathe in and I smell all these wonderful smells,

That's my creativity too.

I have creativity in every cell of my body when I feel the touch of my blanket,

That is creativity too.

I am connected to my creativity in every moment.

And I choose to start noticing it.

And I choose to see just how creative I am.

And if I would like to do more creative things,

Then I allow myself to do it by continuing to honor truly how creative I am right now.

The fact that I was born in this beautiful world is proof that I am creative.

I was made by a creative God,

Higher power,

Source,

Universe.

And that makes me creative.

And take a deep breath.

Thank you.

That was Tapping on Creativity.

I hope that helps you just realize you are already creative.

The fact that you have the desire to do something creative means you are creative.

The fact that you can breathe,

That you can smell,

You can taste,

It means you are creative.

So thank you so much.
