I'm so glad you joined me on the matter.
Even on a day when the mind feels extra jetty.
I'm going to guide you through a short breath work practice to help us bring our awareness back into the breath,
Back into our body and to feel a little bit more grounded,
Calm.
And step away from the creative domain.
So let's start by finding a comfortable space wherever you are at.
Adjust yourself a little bit so you feel a bit more easeful.
The body can relax.
And some water nearby.
If you haven't hydrated already.
You're welcome to pause at any point.
To go and get some water,
To get an extra blanket.
Or even towards the end of the practice if you want to stay here for longer.
Please feel free.
This is real practice.
Make it what saves you.
We're going to start by.
.
.
Taking a deep breath through the nose.
And exhale completely.
And having the chance to sit on the bed together.
One more chance.
Well done.
So we want to try and fill the lungs up with condensate.
It will look like this.
Maintain the body completely like that.
Inhaling for 4,
3,
2,
1 and at the top we're going to hold the breath.
Put a little bit in on there.
But we would like to allow the body to be relaxed while we hold.
Or maybe we allow the body to become more and more relaxed as we go through the breath cycles.
Maybe at the beginning it doesn't feel so easy to soften and this is completely okay.
And when it's time to exhale,
Begin to exhale much slower than the rate of the inhale.
So throughout the exhale,
We have much more space to completely empty the breath.
So explore,
Pulling the belly in a little bit,
Emptying the breath out,
Emptying the lungs.
Let's begin.
Inhaling slowly.
Exhaling completely.
Starting to inhale through the nose for a count of 4 3 2 1 hold Exhale 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 inhale 4 3 2 1 hold Exhale 8,

I let my eyes to close and let your body soften.
I'm listening.
How do I feel in my body?
How do I feel in my breath?
A gentle chicken with a lot of softness and kindness for ourselves.
Congratulations on completing the corporate work practice with me.
I wish you a beautiful day ahead.
See you soon!
