And I want you to sit with me.

Beginning to feel its beat.

Do a practice.

So we are going to say the following words.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

And thank you for forgiving me.

And for always working so hard to keep me safe and healthy and alive.

And I love you so much for taking care of me.

And for understanding exactly what it is that I need.

If you can,

I encourage you to sit with this practice a little bit more.
