We will be scanning through our body while we take comfortable breaths together, relaxing and decompressing each area along the way.

Welcome to our Deep Vibrations guided meditation.

This meditation and sound mat was specially designed for an innovative,

Wearable sound vest made by the company Woojer.

This is a vest that includes multiple speakers placed throughout different areas in your upper body,

Allowing you to feel the deep bass of sound.

Every instrument in the sound bath was specifically chosen to stimulate each of these different areas in the vest for a full body,

Immersive experience,

Similar to a true in-person sound bath.

This meditation also works beautifully without a vest.

Though if you have one,

We encourage you to put it on now to feel and experience the full effects of these deep vibrations pulsing throughout your body.

Now that we're comfortable,

You may close your eyes.

This journey is here for you to experience sound and complete presence.

In doing so,

You will find your body,

Mind,

And soul sinking into a restful space of relaxation.

We will begin by taking some easy breaths in and out as the sounds begin to penetrate your body and mind.

Gentle breathing in.

Gentle breathing out.

Feel the sound.

Gentle breathing in.

Gentle breathing out.

Feel the sound.

Gentle breathing in.

Gentle breathing out.

Feel the sound waves.

Our comfortable breaths help us find our state of peace and tranquility,

Allowing us to open up our consciousness to the sound waves as they begin to work through us.

Observe how these sound waves flow through you.

Feel each wave as the deep resonance breaks up any tension or resistance you may be experiencing in your body.

Where do you feel the sound as you listen?

Simply observe what's happening within you.

Allow the sound to embody your being.

Gently breathing into the frequencies.

Observe how your body is feeling in this moment.

Relaxing your eyebrows.

Relaxing the muscles in your face.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Bringing them down and listening.

Relaxing your arms and hands,

Allowing them to rest comfortably in place.

Relaxing your chest.

Feeling it rise and lower with each breath you take.

Relaxing your stomach.

Feeling it softly expand and contract with each breath.

Gently breathing into the sound,

Expanding and contracting.

Relaxing your hips,

Allowing you to sit comfortably in place.

Relaxing your legs and feet as they are finally able to rest.

Opening your mind and allowing the sound waves to penetrate throughout your entire being.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

Feeling the sound.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

Feeling the sound.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

Feel the sound as it moves through your body.

Be present with the sensations you are experiencing inside.

Consciously allowing the sound waves to release your tension,

Release your stress,

Releasing the chatter in your mind and enabling you to be completely present with sound.

Feel the sound moving through your body.

What areas are stimulated as you do so?

Gently breathing in.

Allow your body and mind to bask in this experience with presence and awareness of the moment.

Simply listen.

Listen and feel.

These sound waves are experienced and interpreted differently by each of us.

Stimulating different emotions,

Thoughts,

And feelings.

All completely unique.

Observe the deep peace and relaxation you're experiencing in your body.

Bask in the stillness.

Bask in the sound.
