This is a guided chakra healing meditation by Amy Miller of Healing House.
Begin by finding a comfortable resting position,
Either seated or laying down.
And as you settle in,
Bring your body towards a stillness.
And let's signify the beginning of this meditation by together taking a deep inhale through your nose.
And through your mouth,
Exhale.
Bringing your awareness now to your root chakra,
Located at the base of your spine where your tailbone ends.
And imagine here a ball of red light.
This is the center of our stability,
Security,
Our sense of belonging,
Our financial stability and our home.
Our ability to provide for our own needs,
Our self-preservation instinct.
And in this space,
In this energy center of your body,
Imagine this glowing ball of red light.
On your inhales,
Letting the light grow bigger,
Expanding in size until it begins to cover your knees up into your rib cage.
On your exhales,
See the light shine an even brighter red.
Continuing this cycle of breath,
Slowly expanding this red light until your entire body is enveloped.
Now out the bottoms of your feet and the base of your spine,
Imagine roots growing through the surface beneath you,
Through the floors of the building,
The foundation,
Through the layers of the city grid and deep into the ground.
Going deeper and deeper into the layers of dirt and rock,
All the way to the earth's core.
And as your roots arrive at the very center of the earth,
Imagine them wrapping all the way around,
Serving to completely anchor you to this center point deep inside Mother Earth.
Feel her fiercely protective and loving energy travel up your roots and all the way into your body.
Taking a moment to breathe it in.
I belong.
Feel her intense groundedness travel up your roots and settle into your body.
I am safe.
Feel yourself stable,
Anchored,
Full of her love.
I am here.
Now allow healing white light to travel from the core of the earth up your roots,
Arriving at the bottoms of your feet.
On your inhales,
Feeling it flow from your feet all the way up to your head,
Filling your body with healing white light.
And on your exhales back down from the top of your head to your feet,
Washing away any feelings of unsafety,
Any fears around taking up space or being able to take care of yourself,
Any old patterns or familial wounds that are no longer serving you.
I am.
From this rooted place,
Travel now upwards to your sacral chakra located between your pelvis to your navel.
And imagine a glowing orange light in this space.
This is our center for passion,
Creation,
Where we birth new ideas.
How we experience pleasure,
Our ability to adapt to change,
To surrender to the flow,
Our intimacy,
Self gratification,
How we identify with our feelings.
See this glowing orange light and on your inhales,
Watch as it expands to begin to cover your entire body.
On your exhales glowing and even brighter orange,
Continuing the cycle of breath until you are fully engulfed in this orange glow.
See in front of you now a pool of water,
A representation of your sacral chakra and your emotional depths.
Dip your toe in and watch as the water turns to a healing white liquid.
Step into the pool and submerge yourself in this healing water,
Rinsing away any rigidity,
Isolation or judgment.
Any old or stuck energy that is no longer serving you.
Feel the pleasure of the warm water against your skin.
Splash around and feel joyful and bright.
You are fluid like water.
You are resilient.
You are rinsed clean.
I feel.
Bringing your awareness now to your solar plexus chakra located between your navel and your lower ribs.
Imagining in this space a bright yellow ball of light and on your inhales,
Seeing it begin to expand.
On your exhales,
Letting it shine a more brilliant yellow.
Continuing the cycle of breath until your entire body shines in this yellow glow.
This is your sense of self,
Your own personal son that you know like nobody else could know.
Your power center,
Your ability to laugh at yourself,
To use your power for good.
The home of your self confidence.
As your entire body becomes filled with this bright yellow light,
You see before you a roaring bonfire.
At this point,
Protected by your glowing yellow light,
You are going to walk through the flames.
And as you step into the fire,
The flames turn a brilliant healing white and you stand in your power.
Allowing the fire to burn away your self doubt,
Your limiting beliefs,
Any timidity,
Low self esteem.
Any old stories you tell yourself that are only holding you back.
The flames lick them all away.
Your power has been unleashed.
There is no going back.

Bringing your awareness now to your heart chakra.
Located in the center of your chest,
Back from your sternum.
And imagine a bright green light in this space.
This is how we give and receive love.
Our relationship to nurturing,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Patience.
Our ability to heal ourselves.
On your inhales,
Watching this green light expand.
On the exhales,
Seeing it shine more brightly.
Continuing this breath until your entire body is enveloped in a green light.
Find yourself standing at the top of a mountain.
There is a strong yet gentle wind weaving through your hair as though it is stroking you.
Tickling the skin on your face and your arms.
Drop to your knees in full surrender.
Rooted in your strong legs as the wind begins to ramp up.
The air takes on a white color and it begins to gently pull away any old ties.
Any heart breaks.
Any feelings of loneliness or rejection or grief.
Allow yourself to be cracked wide open and fully healed.

Bringing your awareness now to your throat chakra.
Imagining a bright blue ball of light glowing in this space.
This is our uniqueness.
How we get our needs met.
Expressing ourself through our words.
How we stand up for ourselves.
The rhythms that we live by.
The art that we create when we bring our identity out of ourselves.
Watching this blue light begin to expand on your inhales.
And on your exhales watching it turn to an even brighter blue.
Continuing this pattern of breathing until your whole form is filled with blue light.
Imagine now that you are in a cave lit by hundreds of candles.
You are alone here and you are safe.
This is a private chamber for you to reveal all of your truths.
Your purpose.
All of the things you hold back from saying.
Anything that is stuck in your throat.
Shout them now as loudly as you wish or whisper them.
Hearing them bounce and echo off the cavern walls.
Your truths.
And your words as they echo begin to leave trails of white light behind them.
They create a beautiful white web that is woven throughout the cave.
This web filters and catches in it any ways in which you censor yourself.
Any ways in which you are holding back your essence.
Any fears of speaking up and getting your needs met.
Your truth is now known and out in the world.

Bringing your awareness now to your third eye chakra located between your brows at the center of your forehead.
Imagine a bright purple light glowing in this space.
On your inhales this ball of light grows bigger in size.
On your exhales shining more brightly.
This is the home of our intuition,
Our deep knowing,
Our dreams,
Introspection,
Self-reflection.
Seeing this purple light as it fills your entire being.
And now you find yourself in darkness.
Though you know you are safe,
You cannot see anything.
You gather up your courage.
You root yourself into the ground and open yourself,
Imagining that you are a vessel for divine to flow through.
You trust in your intuition and you take one step in any direction.
Suddenly a healing white light appears.
As you take a second step,
Another.
More steps and more lights.
You are trusting your intuition.
And as you do,
You are able to see more and more.
You begin to run,
Skip and dance,
Awestruck by this beautiful light show that appears before your eyes.
Any feelings,
A lack of faith in yourself have vanished.
You are deeply connected to your intuition.
I see.
Bringing your awareness now to your crown chakra located at the top of your head.
Imagining a bright white light in this space.
Our universality,
Our connectedness to all.
Our self-knowledge.
The ability to use our thoughts to bring things to reality.
See this white light and on your inhales,
Watching it grow in size,
Expanding.
And on your exhales,
Seeing it shine even more brightly.
You are in a spirit realm,
All white everywhere.
You think you would like a glass of water and one appears.
You think you would like a comfortable seat and it shows up right before your eyes.
You begin to smile as you catch on.
One by one,
Your thoughts becoming things right in front of your eyes.
Anything you've ever dreamed of.
Take a few moments here and fulfill your dreams.
Envision your life exactly as you desire it to be.
Without the constraints of the physical world.
Without the limiting beliefs of the ego.
Paint this perfect picture now.
And now,
As your last thought in this magical space,
See yourself completely and fully healed.

Slowly,
Tenderly,
Gently bringing your awareness back into the room,
Back into the body.
Starting to bring small movements.
Starting to amp up your breath.
Coming back in a nurturing,
Tender way.
