Today we're stepping into the realm of preciousness,

The realm of time.

I actually have it tattooed on my body because of its importance.

It's the one resource we can't manufacture,

Yet is often squandered in the chaos of life's demands.

But fear not,

Because today we're unveiling the secrets of non-negotiables and sacred time.

You're the master of your own schedule.

Your days aren't just a series of obligations.

They're a canvas for your dreams,

Your passions,

And your growth.

If this doesn't sound like your schedule or your typical day,

Listen up.

This pep talk is just for you.

How do we get there?

The dream schedule.

We get there by setting non-negotiables,

Those blocks of time dedicated solely to what truly matters.

Non-negotiables are your fortress of intention.

They're your way of saying,

This right here is sacred.

It's the time you fight for for your self-care,

Your hobbies,

Your learning,

And your relationships.

These blocks of times are non-negotiable because they're the threads that weave the fabric of your well-being and your future lifestyle.

When it comes to time,

We must talk about boundaries.

Boundaries aren't just lines in the sand.

Consider them as a force field that shields your non-negotiables.

When you establish boundaries around your time,

You're making a bold statement.

I value my well-being and I'm choosing to protect it.

The more you respect your time,

You'll find others respecting your time too.

It's uncomfortable to set boundaries,

But the more you stay true to them,

The easier it becomes.

Now let's dive into sacred time.

It's those moments when you bask in the glory of solitude,

Engage in activities that light up your soul and recharge your batteries.

It's your time to be present,

To savor the richness of life without the nagging pull of distractions.

When you create sacred time,

You're sending a message to yourself,

I deserve this.

I deserve moments of peace,

Joy,

And discovery.

Whether it's a morning ritual,

A weekly walk in nature,

Or an evening of creative exploration,

These moments are an investment in your own happiness.

One more thing,

Let's address the elephant in the room,

Guilt.

You might wonder,

Is it selfish to prioritize myself?

But let me remind you that self-care is not selfish,

It's self-preservation.

The more you pour into your own cup,

The more you have to give to others.

It's not about neglecting responsibilities,

It's about showing up as your best self in all areas of your life.

And to be your best self,

You need to pour into you,

Guilt-free.

Start by identifying your non-negotiables,

Those angers that ground you.

Be unapologetic about setting boundaries that protect your time and energy.
