This guided meditation is designed to help you release control.

Now let's begin.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter as you allow yourself to fully relax.

Now bring your attention to the idea of control.

Notice any areas of your life where you're holding on tightly,

Trying to force outcomes or resist change.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing your grip on these areas,

Allowing them to unfold naturally.

Imagine yourself handing over the reign of control to a higher power,

The universe,

Your guides,

A power who has your best interest at heart.

Feel the burden of control releasing as you hand over this reign.

Feel yourself surrender to the universe's grand plan.

As you continue to release,

Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud and reflect on their meaning.

I release the need to control every outcome.

I trust in the natural flow of life.

I let go of fear and embrace uncertainty.

I release the need to micromanage every detail of my life.

I trust in the wisdom of the universe to guide me towards my highest timeline.

I trust in the process of letting go,

Knowing that it opens up space for new opportunities and experiences to enter my life.

I am worthy of love and support regardless of external circumstances or outcomes.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Notice any sensations in your body as you let go of control,

Allowing yourself to surrender completely.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming lighter and more free.

As you release any tension or resistance,

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,

Accepting it exactly as it is.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes and come back to the space around you.

I can release control and trust that we are protected and that everything is working out for us. I miss your Friday classes. I'm sure that you're enjoying baby girl. I’m so overwhelmed by unfinished projects and chores that listening to these affirmations for releasing control is helping me feel a bit less anxious today as i play
