This is a short breathing exercise to help you feel grounded and calm.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Feel the breath as it enters your body and feel the breath as it leaves the body.

Feeling the body as it moves up and down.

Really focus on that breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Refocus your mind if it starts to wander.

Feel what you feel.

Relax your shoulders on the next exhale.

Now just breathing in and out naturally.

And very slowly and gently open your eyes.
