Feeling your body as you inhale and feeling the release as you exhale.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
Wherever you are,
Lying down or sitting,
Relax and feel.
Put your attention on your third eye and feel the energy.
You might feel heat,
Pulsing,
Coolness,
Tingles.
Sit yourself behind your eyes,
Feel the energy.
Continue sitting behind your eyes,
Feeling that energy.
You might feel wind,
Coolness,
A breeze.
Now put your attention in your heart space,
Feeling your heart beating,
Feeling that area,
Your chest.
How does it feel?
Relax your body as you exhale and feel.
Now move to the top of your head,
Feeling your crown.
Start to feel the energy as it goes down your spine.
Let's do that one more time.
Opening up your crown,
Feel that energy going down your spine.
Now feel the energy going down your body and all around you.
Take a deep breath into your belly,
Exhale,
Relax.
One more time and slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
