This is a short breathing meditation to just get you back into your body and to relax.

Take a deep breath into your belly.

Exhale,

Relax your whole body.

Deep breath in your belly.

Exhale,

Relax.

Really feel that breath as it enters your body.

Breathing in and breathing out.

One more deep breath into your belly.

Exhale,

Relax.

And slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
