Your body circling around you gently breathe make the space between your lungs larger and allow all of the energy of movement to slowly but certainly re-enter your recalibrated cells in life we don't always have touch points which mirror back to us how far we have come so just for a moment we are going to pour some energy into exactly that so even when you want to rest even when you want to stop even when you want to breathe even when you're not feeling up to it the energy of where you have come so far is strong resilient bold and grounded enough for you to rest and in that rest you're supported exactly where you are to continue to remain the level of strength authenticity love abundance receivership everything that you have and peace and more allow yourself to imagine that right now you're standing at the crux between your past and your future imagine that your past is a color what color is it imagine your future from this moment on is not a blend of the past but an exactly different color to right now imagine that you as the differentiator between the past that bold color and the future which is yet to be created from the moment you take one breath one step outside of this space imagine yourself rooted deeply into the earth and resourced abundantly from the energy of the universe let yourself relax into being that channel rooted deeply resourced abundantly and resting on the color of your past let that color bolden let that color brighten let that color solidify let that color mold in to the back of you so that it fits within every single crevice curve and energetic fiber of your being exactly perfectly right up until this moment you in this moment rest into that color which supports you as you're rooted into the earth resourced by the universe and absolutely solidly supported by that color which so deliciously folds into every single part of who you are in this moment take a breath you this is your new normal this is it this is you this is your life you take the lessons from the past let them live within you but there doesn't need to be a fight to keep what you have allow yourselves to calibrate to rest into this being a delicious beautiful new level even when you're challenged you can rest in the knowing and everything you have created nobody can take that away from you nothing can take that away from you no matter what it's inside of you no matter what's happening in the world no matter what's happening in your world nobody can take away from you the love the abundance the lessons and the energy that you have cultivated to this point let yourself rest in that knowing supported by it all encompassed with that support and in the face of challenge in the face of adversity in the face of opportunity in the face of uncertainty in the face of the unknown the vortex of the future which holds whatever may come that color know that as you take every breath in every step to the next level even when you're halfway there or one beat of a song in the direction of where you want to go with every single step you never go back that color of your past fits you perfectly that color of the energy the lessons everything that has supported you up until now is continuously rebuilding itself matching you molding to the flavor and the shape of who you become in each breath and every single moment right there ready for you to rest upon it remembering that you are rooted into the earth and resourced from the universe resting into each new level allowing it to recalibrate your cells as you go there is never a need to feel like you need to push to the next level there is never a need to feel like you need to hold on to what you've got because even if you rested absolutely to the very very very last fiber of your being is at rest you can fall back on exactly where your past up until the last breath has molded around you to support you solidifying the person you are here to become breathe into that heart open rooted base resourced energy rested back you even if you stopped there is no way of going back even if you stopped and you rested he slept and you took care of yourself and you stepped away for a little while.

Nobody can take anything away from you.
Time cannot take anything away from you.
Space cannot take anything away from you.
Not what is inside of you.
