Energetic protection meditation.
Take a deep breath.
Become one percent more present in this moment.
Wherever you are it's perfect.
Just relax a little.
Open up a little.
Breathe a little deeper.
Let the sounds of life happening around you become a part of the rhythm as you become more and more deeply relaxed with each breath.
Sinking a little deeper to your chair,
Into the floor,
Into your feet,
Into your body.
And as you breathe allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of presence and relaxation and flow with the sound of my voice.
When we go out into the world we can either react or respond.
Keep breathing.
You don't have to shut yourself off to sensations or protect yourself.
This meditation is about creating a frequency of energy in your field that makes you available for all of the sensations of feeling alive.
The beauty,
The experience,
The world around you and her life.
And it keeps you safe from energy that doesn't align with yours.
It helps you show up without taking on board other people's emotions.
From that state of grounded presence,
Fierce calm.
It supports you to be present,
Compassionate,
Without jumping into the fire.
You have it in you to show up powerfully and softly.
To receive and give.
To be present without taking on board any negativity.
And as you continue to breathe and you listen to the sound of my voice allow yourself to feel a little more grounded in your ability to know that this has always been available to you.
It's simply a practice of awareness.
Move your attention to the space between your eyebrows on your forehead and slowly gently bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Feel the sensation of placing your awareness to the crown of your head.
Notice you can feel a tingling sensation.
Imagine a beautiful great ball of light permeating the top of your head which moves all the way down the center line of your body deep into the earth and back up again.
Continue to breathe deeply.
Imagine the color of this light and know that while it's rooted in the earth through you allow it to generate a beautiful bubble,
A force field around you now.
Bathing you,
Cleansing you and protecting you in its color.
From the tip of your head all the way around you the front the back and the sides completing its spherical shape underneath the base of your feet back into the earth.
You are wholly and fully protected.
Take a big deep breath in as you start to connect your energy with the energy of the light that is protecting you and surrounding you.
Notice that as you breathe in and out the light breathes with you and as you continue to breathe you and the bubble melt your frequencies together as one.
This energy is a force field that heals you and protects you and keeps you safe and keeps you soft and keeps you open.
It is not made of something that can shatter.
It is not made of something hard.
It simply drifts with you through the day allowing you a beat of space and time between reacting and responding to the world around you.
As you move throughout your day as you move throughout the next segment of time complete with this bubble surrounding you notice that words,
Experiences,
Noises that are of a lower frequency wash off it like a wave.
Yet notice that energy,
Words,
Sounds,
Connections,
Feelings of a high vibrational frequency permeate through at such a deep level they make you come alive even more.
It's almost like this bubble filters out the low vibrational energy and filters for the high vibrational experiences giving you a polarized magnetized experience.
Everything wonderful that there is around you today.
As you continue to breathe notice it's an alive energy it moves with you it works with you.
It's light,
It's unconscious,
It's all around you.
It's got you.
Notice that at any time you can let it drop back into the earth.
You can change the color,
You can change its vibration and at any time you can reconnect to this feeling of being safe and cozy and calm and spacious and protective and with all of the time in the world to respond to what's happening around you.
Continue to breathe.
Become aware of your breath once again.
Notice that this bubble can be present while you now become even more acutely aware of the beauty,
The sounds,
The energy,
The vibration,
The frequency that surrounds you right in this very moment where you are and now gently become aware of your feet,
Of your hands,
Of your soft eyes and your fingertips,
Your open heart and open your eyes to your surroundings.
Stay connected to that feeling as you open your eyes and as your eyes open check in within that place inside of you that felt that bubble of frequency while your eyes were closed.
It's still there right?
You can stay connected to that feeling.
