Welcome beautiful being back for another guided meditation.
Today's intention is a reminder that you do not have to hold it all together.
This will be a 20 minute experience of deep healing.
If you've been holding on to a lot lately emotionally,
Mentally,
Energetically,
This space is for you.
There's nothing you need to work for,
To prove,
To be worthy of here.
Nothing you need to keep together.
Closing your beautiful eyes if they're not closed already and taking your first big mindful breath with me.
Breathing in,
Going again,
Breathing in.
For the next 20 minutes or so you are allowed to be here with me and to soften.
Begin to bring your gentle loving awareness into yourself,
Into your being.
And notice with me as I am here holding you,
Loving on you,
Reminding you how safe you are.
Notice what you have been carrying,
The responsibilities,
The expectations,
The pressure to stay strong,
To be okay,
To work it all out,
To strategize,
To analyze.
Here in this moment you do not need to name it all,
Just feel the weight of it.
And acknowledge with me,
This has been a lot.
This has been a lot.
Breathing in to soften even more.
Breathing out.
Your body is where you have been holding this tension,
These stories,
These expectations,
This stress.
So together we are allowed to soften your armor,
Your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your chest,
Your belly and stomach,
Places where you have been bracing and protecting.
Protecting.
Holding it all together.
So here we will do three rounds of breath,
Simple breath,
With each exhale.
Loosening,
Softening your body armor.
Breathing in for one with me.
And out,
Softening.
Going again,
Breathing in for two.
And out,
Softening.
And three,
Breathing in.
No breaking,
No collapsing.
Just a gentle release,
Layer by layer.
As we open to our emotional state right now.
The emotional state of a high achiever,
A leader in this world,
Someone who is holding so many paths.
Usually,
Needs to have everything together.
Needs to be positive.
Needs to have the right perspective.
Needs to be strong.
So with me holding,
Loving,
Keeping you here,
Repeat internally,
I don't have to be okay in this moment.
I don't have to be okay in this moment.
And notice what shifts when you stop resisting how you feel.
Notice what shifts when you stop resisting what is.
Maybe there is a motion here.
With the space that we are creating,
You are allowed to let it move.
Without putting it in any kind of box.
Any sadness,
Any frustration,
Tiredness,
Overwhelm,
Anger,
Burnout.
Let it rise.
Let it exist.
Just like waves moving through the ocean.
You are not the wave.
You are the loving space it moves through.
Be that space.
Be that safe presence so your system can release what it is holding.
Knowing that as that space,
As the ocean itself that holds your waves of emotion,
Your waves of feeling,
Your waves of thoughts,
Thought forms,
That you are being held by the ground beneath you,
By the bed you are on,
By your beating heart,
By life itself.
Something greater.
Something more expanded than your beautiful mind could ever know.
So all that is needed here is you continue to rest,
As you continue to soften,
As you continue to release,
Is to allow yourself to be fully supported.
Completely.
Fully.
Without trying to control everything.
Without trying to keep things from falling apart or managing outcomes.
Just for this moment.
Letting all gripping,
Tightening,
Holding.
Letting it go,
Even just a little.
Feeling the intention and love behind my words as I speak them to you.
You do not have to control everything.
You do not need to control everything.
Breathing in with me.
Allowing deep rest to be here with us.
Allowing yourself to deeply rest here,
Even for the next few moments.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
Just breathing with me.
Supported.
Safe.
Fully loved.
Giving your nervous system,
Your physical body,
Space to rest here.
Letting your mind continue to do its thing as you are the quietness behind it.
And in this quietness,
This softness and peace and deep,
Deep rest,
We can start to slowly rebuild from this place.
Rebuild our powerful,
Confident,
Strong,
Bold,
Creative selves from this softer place.
Not from the pressure.
Not from the noise or expectations of the outside world.
From a deep,
True place.
From a place where you are allowed to be your fullest,
Vibrant self.
Whole,
Beautiful and messy.
So allow sensations,
Visions,
Feelings,
Emotions to move through you as you connect to this version of you that comes from fullness.
That comes from regulated.
Rest.
And what does this version of you give to this world?
What does it desire to share?
To create?
What kind of love and service and light does it wish to offer?
Notice this.
Allow yourself to really take hold of this.
And feel your beating heart as the lifeline,
As the pulse behind this full self.
Breathing into this space.
Taking a few more moments here.
To notice the space you are in,
How your body feels.
The baseline bliss that is you.
And knowing that you do not need to rush back.
That you can carry this softness,
This presence,
This reconnected self that knows it is held,
That knows it is loved and worthy so deeply.
And taking one final,
Deep,
Big breath with me.
With so much ease and grace coming back into your body.
Wiggling your toes and your fingers.
And knowing that all of this comes,
Flows with you into all of the spaces and places that you get to lead and show up in.
Opening your heart.
And when you're ready,
Dropping back into this space.
