Welcome back beautiful heart to another guided meditation.
Today's journey sets the intention to help you release self-judgment.
This will be a 10-minute experience for self-acceptance,
Inner love and coming home to yourself.
Let us begin.
Closing your eyes if they're not closed already and finding a position where your body can rest,
Where your body can soften.
And we will begin with a natural breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Going again in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Perhaps you have come into this meditation with a voice.
A voice that points out where you should be.
Be what you should have done,
What should be different.
Maybe it's in the.
.
.
For a long time.
And you've mistaken it as the fullest and only truth.
Today,
With me holding you,
With me loving on you,
We are here to soothe,
We are here to release this constriction.
Taking another big deep breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Start to.
.
.
Feel yourself free.
Softening.
With each gentle inhale and exhale,
You give yourself permission.
To soften at least 1%.
1% and as you continue to lift go of what is holding tight to let go of what is judging and leading.
Constricting.
You start to see yourself.
Softly,
Gently materializing in your inner awareness,
Seeing yourself beside a quiet,
Running,
This river moves.
Steadily.
Moves with a force that beyond words.
And on the top of this stream sits every self-critical.
Thoughts.
Self-judgmental thoughts.
If we should.
Every perception simply lands on a floating leaf.
And drifts.
Moons out.
Of your body moves out.
Of taking up energetic space within you.
As you continue to breathe in and out gently.
These stories of I'm not enough.
I'm not loved.
I always get it wrong.
I am wrong.
There is something broken.
I am too much.
I am too little.
And every variation.
Babes.
Just as the current eventually finds the ocean,
These thought perceptions Move out.
They disappear around the bend.
And what remains.
Is stillness.
What remains.
Is peacefulness.
Breathing in this together.
Doing one more of these cleansing breaths,
Breathing in.
You now,
Gently,
Look up.
A little deeper into the still water.
And you notice that the river itself has become your mirror.
Not a mirror of the past.
Not a mirror shaped by comparison or.
.
.
Seeing someone else.
This mirror,
This loving mirror,
Is one of truth.
As you gaze into its reflection,
Notice what is looking.
Your achievements,
Not me.
Your mistakes,
Not the roles that you play for others.
What is staring back is simply you.
Of living.
A beautiful living.
Divine human.
Be him.
Someone who has done their best with what they think they knew at the time.
Someone who is loved,
Who is hurt.
Always learn.
Someone who is still and ever becoming.
Someone.
Who falls down and continues to get back up.
Notice how the river and its reflection feels to you.
And let yourself see yourself.
In the same.
Loving way.
With your hand on your heart.
You allow.
Any criticism,
Any old labels,
Expectations,
Shame.
Start cleansing into the river.
Start washing off you.
And the conscious light of the mirror's reflection.
Breathing in.
And out,
Releasing.
Breathing in.
And out releasing.
Taking a few more soft and gentle moments here.
To release any final.
Critical,
Self-judgmental.
Aspects and energies of self into the river.
I want so much.
Softness and grace when you're ready.
Gently opening your eyes and coming back into your reality.
Feeling.
.
.
And knowing.
You can always come back home.
