Come back into a healthy relationship.
With your inner presence,
Your inner power.
Today's intention is to help you take up space.
This will be a guided journey into yourself.
For boundaries,
Confidence and self-worth.
So closing your beautiful eyes if they're not closed already.
And with me.

Taking our first mindful breath,
Breathing in through the nose.
And out to the mouth.
Good and let's do one more of those breathing into the nose And out through your mouth.
And I invite you to.

Adjust yourself even a little bit more,
Whether you're sitting or lying down.
When we go into deeper states of meditation.
If our body feels comfort,
If our body feels ease.
We are more likely to release,
We are more likely to let go.
So here in this meditation,
You have full permission to relax.
You have full permission to surrender.
And with me taking another deep breath,
Breathing in.

As today's intention is all about taking up space.
We will begin.
With connecting into.
Your current relationship.
With your sense of self.
Your current relationship.
With how you feel about yourself currently.
So as you.

Are dropping deeper and deeper.
Into ease and rest.
I invite you to tune in to your heart,
Tune in to your inner world.
And just listen.
Listen to the voices.
That are currently speaking.
Listen to the voices that maybe critical,
Maybe loving.
Or somewhere on that spectrum.
For the first time in this journey today.
Create a bit more space in yourself.
To observe.
To witness.
What is going on inside currently.
To be present.
With all that you are.
And as we are present,
We will take another breath,
Breathing in.
And out.
And relaxing even more.
And start to observe your.

Field.
The energy and space around your body.
In order to set boundaries,
In order to connect to our deepest sense of worth and value.
It can help us to witness.
How much space we are currently taking up.
How much space we are giving ourselves the permission to stand in.
So once more,
Here as I love on you,
As I hold so much space for you to feel safe.
Observe.
How much of your field,
Your energy that is around you,
You are giving permission to release to express.
And without judgment.
That.
Getting lost in any mental stories.
Once more,
Just observe.
Your natural state.
And breathing in again.
And.

Reminding you that whatever is moving through your mind,
Whatever you're feeling in your body.
Is exactly as it needs to be here in this moment.
And we will now.

Go a little bit deeper into our inner world.
And we will start to visualize and see ourselves.
In a beautiful sunny day.
Feel.
The sunny field is sun-kissed.
This sunny field might represent to you a particular memory of joy,
Of happiness.
Sunnyfield.
May be a place,
A physical location that you visit.
Whatever it is.
I invite you to see in your inner.
Dimension.
This openness.
And as you feel the sun on your skin.
As you feel the wind blowing through your hair,
Across your body,
Your clothes.
You observe.
Fragments of life.
You observe fragments.
Of your life.
Scattered across this open field.
These.
Fragments represent all of the moments on your path.
All of the moments,
Maybe in recent times.
Where you have Said yes.
When you actually meant no.
These fragments represent all the times where you said no and you actually meant yes.
Moments where you pleased an outside person.
Person.
And sacrificed your own inner knowing.
All of these fragments.
Symbolize.
The light.
And the boundaries that you now get to reclaim.
So with me taking another deep breath,
Breathing in.
Going again,
Breathing in.
And continuing this breath in your own rhythm.
And for a few moments.
Each time that you breathe in,
I want you to feel and experience this light,
These fragments coming home.
As you breathe in,
I want you to experience and reclaim these parts of your life.
And notice what sensations What feelings arise when you actively choose yourself in this moment?
And giving yourself permission to.

Feel so safe.
Feel so regulated as you choose yourself.
Breathing in with me.

Reminding you here in this moment.
That you are so perfectly human,
You are so perfectly divine.
And know that you are.
As you continue to go deeper.
Allow more of this love in.

And I invite you to visualize yourself standing strong.
Standing confident.
Standing rooted.

Standing like any grand tree.

Embody more of what is a full yes and a full no.
Resting.
For a few quiet moments here.
Listening to the sounds in your environment.
And in this.
Space now of groundedness.

Take our journey into boundaries and taking up space.
And connecting to your presence,
To our final destination.
And this destination is any remaining.

To not disassociate.
To not get lost or become the thoughts you are thinking.
