Welcome beautiful heart back to another guided meditation.
Today's meditation is to help you stop overthinking your life.
A deep journey to support you to trust your path and the journey you are on.
Let us begin.
When you're ready you can close your eyes getting comfortable with me as you start to feel the love and my energy holding you and know that if you are here there is a good chance your mind has been busy in looping,
Questioning,
Trying to figure everything out.
Your life,
Your direction,
The next steps you are taking and the more you think the less clear it feels.
While overthinking can feel productive you are being pulled further away from your beautiful deep inner knowing.
So here with me as you continue to soften and get comfortable you don't need to solve your life.
You do not need to make a decision.
You do not need to figure anything out.
All that is needed is for you to be present here and to breathe as I hold you.
Breathing into this truth and out.
Letting yourself arrive even further and continuing to notice your mind.
Noticing it without trying to change it and observing in this moment what thoughts right now are flowing through your mental scape.
What plans,
Questions,
What if scenarios.
Notice what is present and allow them to be here with us.
Watching and observing them like clouds passing through the sky.
Here with me you do not need to follow them.
You can simply observe.
As I repeat the affirmation for you thinking is happening.
Thinking is happening.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your thoughts.
Observing and feeling the sensation of how each thought tries to pull you in to solve,
To figure out the thing.
But you get to choose.
You get to decide if you enter every thought or not.
So be here with me as the observer,
As the watcher.
The watcher observing the thoughts as clouds moving,
Drifting,
Floating by.
You do not need to be swept away.
You are allowed to let them pass.
You are allowed to let them go.
Breathing in to this.
Going again and on the next exhale letting out a sigh of relief.
Breathing in and sigh.
Doing one more of those.
Breathing in and breathing out sighing.
Now we can drop our awareness deeper out of the mind and into your body.
With these beautiful sighs that we've just completed you can bring deeper presence to your breath.
Feeling your chest rise and fall.
Noticing that your body is not overthinking.
Your breath is not overthinking.
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your arms,
Your legs are not overthinking.
All of it is simply here,
Alive,
Breathing.
So let us drop further out of overthinking here by focusing more on our body,
On our breath.
So we will take another breath in and out together and on this exhale we will make it slow for a four count.
Breathing in and out for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Going again,
Breathing in and out for four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
So feeling this extended exhale as an invitation for you to soften,
For you to relax.
You are allowed to be here with me right now and not be in any pattern or thought or fear of the unknown that is ahead.
If you have hold or held the belief that I think I'll find the answers.
If I figure it out,
If I think harder,
I'll find the answer,
I'll figure it out.
If this belief or any version of it is moving through your mind,
See how convincing it feels.
But also notice,
Has it actually brought you clarity?
Has thinking over and over again,
Spiraling over and over again,
Has it brought you clarity?
Or is it more noise?
Is it more pressure?
Is it more fear?
More doubt?
Your thinking is not the same as knowing.
Your thinking is not the same as your deep inner knowing.
Allow this to sink in.
Allow this to sink in.
Feeling being in this truth and sinking deeper and deeper below your thoughts into this quieter knowingness,
This quieter knowing within you.
Maybe you feel it in your chest,
Your gut,
Your stomach,
Maybe it's tingling in your third eye.
Wherever it wants to express,
This is the part of you that already knows how to move through life,
Already knows how to hold you through the ups and the downs.
It doesn't shout,
It doesn't rush,
It doesn't panic,
It feels simple and calm.
So it is here,
Once more,
With me loving on you.
You may rest your awareness in this calm knowingness,
Reconnecting and opening to a deeper trusting,
A deeper trusting of the path that you are on without needing to see it all,
Without needing to have in your mind a direction,
To have in your mind a specific future,
To have in your mind analysis.
So as your inner knowing continues to feel the intention behind these words,
You do not need the whole path,
Only ever needed to take one step.
And that step doesn't come from pressure,
It doesn't come from scarcity or fear,
It will always come from the knowingness in your heart,
A knowingness that exists in your heart with the presence that is you.
So with me repeating,
I do not need to know everything,
I can trust the next step to reveal itself,
I can trust my inner knowing.
And breathing in to this affirmation,
Observing how it feels to be here in this moment,
Letting go of control,
Loosening your grip,
Softening,
Opening,
Being here as you allow the fullest whole part of you to be present in this trust.
And we will finish here together with a round of gratitude.
So placing hand on your heart,
And in this space of inner knowing,
And this space of fully trusting the path you are on,
I invite you to bring to mind here right now as if it has already happened,
As if it is already here.
Something that your path has given you,
Something that your unique path has gifted you,
Something that your path has revealed itself to you that you can feel grateful for.
Maybe it is a person,
A place,
An experience,
Whatever it is,
Feeling the love,
The gratitude,
The appreciation for having it right here,
Right now.
Not because you had to earn it,
Not because you had to force or push,
It is simply because you trusted it.
You stopped overthinking and gave yourself permission to fully receive it.
So one more time here as I hold you with my heart,
Feel in your body fully this gift from your path,
Claiming it,
And breathing deeply in,
Receiving it,
Soaking up any final moments,
And bringing your awareness back into the space your body you are in,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
And as you open your beautiful eyes,
Choosing to return with trust,
Knowing that everything is working out for you.
