Welcome beautiful souls,

Sensitive hearts,

Welcome back to another guided journey and meditation from my heart to yours.

Today's journey holds the intention of supporting you to move through change,

Moving through change,

Grounding and stepping forward with gratitude,

Honoring what is left behind and opening to the newness of what you're stepping into.

Let's begin.

Let us arrive here now in this moment.

Find a quiet space where you can rest and feel safe.

You might be sitting in a chair,

On a cushion in your bed,

Maybe out in nature.

Whatever feels most loving and aligned with you.

Take this moment to come home,

To come back to yourself.

And then when you're ready,

You can close your eyes if they're not closed already.

And let's take one mindful breath together,

Breathing in.

Good,

And one more,

Breathing in through your nose,

Into your belly,

Breathing in.

And breathing out the weight of your day.

Good,

And just allowing your body,

Your being to rest into the ease that is always you.

Finding your slow,

Mindful breath.

And you can begin by receiving my words and the energy and the frequency behind them.

As we go into this theme of change,

Transition,

Stepping into the newness,

Understanding that change is a natural,

Divine part of our life and our journey.

And yet,

It can feel unsteady,

It can feel rocky,

It can feel unsafe and unheld.

Sometimes,

It feels like the ground that used to hold us,

That we felt so familiar and safe,

On top of,

It's shifting so fast we can't keep up.

And it's in these moments that we can look back,

Grasp and wonder if we're losing too much,

If we're going in the wrong direction.

And even look further ahead and wonder if we'll be okay,

If we'll be loved.

If we're worthy or enough.

So with all those questions and your versions of them,

I invite you right now,

Here in this present moment with me,

To be here fully.

To be in the in-between.

The space between the ending and the beginning.

The space where the soil of your becoming is being tilled,

It's being churned.

And the seeds of newness,

Of awakening,

Of love,

Of service,

Of all the things that you're stepping into,

They're being planted and they're growing.

I invite you now to place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your belly.

And tune in and feel even more the rise and the fall of your breath.

Steadiness,

The movement of the flow of the breath of you.

And notice and bring your beautiful awareness to how your breath,

No matter what moves,

No matter what changes,

No matter what stays the same,

The breath of you is still the same.

Your breath is steady.

Your breath remains.

This is and will always be your anchor.

The breath of the divine,

The God that is you,

Will always be the channel to more safety,

Support,

Security and love needed to support you with either staying exactly where you are in moments of overwhelm or taking the step that is needed in these moments of change and transition.

So with this anchor,

Let yourself remember,

It's okay to grieve what is ending.

It's okay to celebrate what has been.

It's okay to be unsure,

Uncertain,

Confused about what is next.

And it's okay to fully open and receive what is coming.

And now I want you to imagine your mind's eye Imagine yourself standing on a bridge.

Behind you on this bridge is the land,

The people,

The energy,

The life that was ahead of you.

And behind you is the bright luminous unknown.

The bright luminous unknown.

And you are here on the bridge in the middle.

You can feel the air on your skin through your senses,

Maybe your clairsentience tingles.

The air here is different,

Full of possibility,

Full of whispers of who you are becoming.

And in your big magical powerful heart,

You know,

You know,

You are closer to the other side than you think.

Breathe with me into this truth.

Let it fill your chest,

Your ribs,

Whole being and then let it go.

You've been walking,

You've been stepping along this path for a while.

The weight you've carried is lighter than it used to be.

The heaviness,

The shadows.

And there's something waiting for you.

Something new,

Something fresh,

Something alive and a beautiful gift meant for you.

So I want you to see yourself on this bridge now stepping forward with deep trust,

With deep knowing.

With deep understanding in who and what you are.

Each footstep is a declaration and you can repeat this in your internal dialogue.

I am ready for the new.

I carry forward the gifts of the old.

I am whole,

Worthy and loved in the middle of change.

I am whole,

Worthy and loved in the middle of change.

Let yourself feel all of this.

Let yourself feel a smile,

Feel a joy,

Feel a pleasure and delight rise from in you.

Because you know,

You know deeply what's on the other side.

You know how expansive,

How full of new colors,

Tastes,

Sounds and experiences you've yet to experience but know are waiting.

You are ready,

You are trusting and you are letting life hold you in it all.

So here,

Let us feel the ground beneath us.

Let us feel how safe,

How supported,

How held we are in this change.

Feel your body,

How alive,

How present,

How open it is.

And from my heart to yours,

Hold the truth of how change is and never was here to break you.

It is here to shape the diamond of your becoming.

It is here to prepare you for more of the newness waiting just ahead.

So taking one more deep breath into all of this with me,

Breathing in and sitting,

Being.

Sensational teachings,

This sensational newness.

And with grace,

With ease,

With compassion,

You can open your eyes into this reality that is familiar yet very new.
