Welcome beautiful heart,
Back to another guided meditation and journey from my heart to yours.
Today's intention is centered around deep forgiveness,
Helping you to release that heaviness that you've been carrying for deep emotional healing and release.
So with me now starting to get comfortable,
Starting to find relaxation,
Closing your eyes,
Dropping into your body,
As I begin to speak some love and some words from my heart to yours,
Feeling the intention behind them,
There are things that we carry,
Things that we hold on to long after a moment has passed,
Words that stayed with us,
Experiences that didn't truly finish,
Emotions that have shaped us without us even realizing and over time they have become weight in the body,
In the mind,
In the way that we see ourselves and the world.
Forgiveness is not about saying what happened was okay,
Forgiveness always was about releasing the hold,
The tension that the past still has on you,
So today with me holding your heart as you're starting to feel it already,
My love around you,
This is not about pushing anything away,
It is about finally allowing that which wants to move to move,
So with me taking a big slow breath into this,
Going again,
Breathing in,
Letting yourself fully arrive knowing what we are here to do today with forgiveness and bringing your awareness into your beautiful body and knowing you are safe,
You are held with me,
Asking yourself what am I still carrying,
What am I still carrying,
Do not search too hard,
Allow and let something natural to arise,
A person,
A moment,
A feeling,
Whatever comes through is enough,
Noticing this message and where it lives in your body,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your pelvis,
Letting your awareness rest here where this lives and breathing in,
Letting your breath continue at a natural pace and giving permission for a more specific memory,
A more specific feeling to appear in your awareness,
Knowing how safe,
How held,
How loved you are here with me,
Not needing to analyze,
Just seeing this memory as if you were watching and observing from a distance and once more noticing what arises,
The emotion,
Tension that triggers the reaction and with so much grace and compassion instead of pushing these away,
Pushing them away with fear or guilt,
Shame and regret,
Acknowledge it,
This is here,
This is here,
No judgment,
No resistance,
Breathing in,
Letting this emotion and feeling continue,
This memory,
Letting it be exactly as it is,
Maybe it's tight or heavy or sharp or numb,
Knowing that you can hold it all,
Knowing that you can feel it all and saying after me,
I am willing to feel this,
To feel this,
This time breathing in and as you breathe out,
Letting the emotion move,
Going again,
Breathing in and as we breathe out,
Letting the emotion move,
Continuing with your breath and here we can start to unlock from the mental loops that we replay around these stories that we replay that stop us from truly letting go,
From truly forgiving ourselves,
Noticing now as you maybe are still with this emotion,
These memories,
These feelings,
Noticing how the mind likes to replay a certain narrative,
Certain belief,
A certain story,
Going over what happened,
What should have been different,
What should have been said,
What should have been done,
This is the loop,
So from here we can gently step back,
We can gently step back from this loop,
Allow me to support you,
To hold you as you do this,
You do not need to solve it right now,
You do not need to rewrite it right now,
With me repeat,
This moment is over,
This moment is over and feel the difference between the past and this beautiful present moment,
Right now,

You are here,
You are breathing,
You are with me and you are safe enough to let go,
Breathing in with me,

Allowing yourself to notice where you are at and softening a little bit more,
Softening just 1% more,
Feeling anything else that is still gripping on,
That doesn't want to let go,
That doesn't want to release,
That doesn't want to forgive,
Feel into what remains,
Maybe you feel light,
Maybe you feel there is more space,
Maybe there is just a little less heaviness,
Whatever the difference,
Whatever the shift,
Here is your forgiveness,
Here is the choice you get to make to forgive,
Here you have released a shadow,
A tightness,
A pain,
A darkness from your body and here you are allowed to move forward,
So as you feel these words that I speak from my heart to yours,
Know that your forgiveness is freedom,
Not because the past has changed but because you are choosing something different here,
Now,
And this is your freedom,
Breathing into this space,
Going again,
Breathing into this space,
As we come to our last moments here in this forgiveness journey I create one more moment of space to share with you these final words around forgiveness,
So as you sit in the release,
The emotional space that you have created,
Open to take the truth behind these words out into your day,
Forgiveness was always about returning home to yourself,
Returning back into your beautiful centre,
Your beautiful breath,
Your beautiful loving presence and while the outside world will always have its choices,
Its actions,
Its impact on us through people,
Places and things,
We will always have the power to choose,
To respond with kindness,
With compassion and with loving forgiveness towards ourselves,
So as you enter your day,
Your night,
Know that you will always be a choice,
A way to let go,
To release,
To forgive and the love in your heart is powerful beyond all measure and is capable of more than you could ever imagine,
So with me one more deep breath into this intention,
Last one,
Breathing in,
Holding all that you are from today's experience in your heart,
Taking it with you,
Coming back into your body,
Wiggling your toes,
Your fingers,
Noticing the space around you and when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and gently come back into your reality,
Feeling lighter,
Feeling released,
Feeling the power of your forgiveness.
