Welcome beautiful heart back to another guided meditation and journey from my heart to yours.
Today's intention is centered around confidence,
Cultivating it from within to feel worthy,
Strong and powerful.
Let us start by closing our eyes if they're not closed already and as always breathing in with me into your belly and out through your mouth.
Going again breathing in through your nose into your belly and out through your mouth grounding.
Getting a little bit more settled,
Getting a little bit more grounded,
Starting to feel my presence,
My heart,
My love holding you.
As I speak some words with intention and understanding that confidence itself is often misunderstood.
People much like myself for a long time think that confidence is something you gain after success,
After approval,
After doing the thing.
But real confidence,
The real kind of confidence in your beautiful heart doesn't come after,
Comes before.
It's a loving choice to stand in yourself,
A choice fueled with faith even when your mind is unsure,
Even when nothing is guaranteed.
It's the willingness to move with yourself anyway.
So breathing once more into this truth and breathing out surrendering,
Dropping your loving awareness deeper into your body,
Feeling your feet,
Feeling the ground beneath you and imagining and visualizing,
Seeing in your inner world a line,
A line being drawn down the center of your vessel,
Center of your physical body.
On one side of this line is your doubt,
Your hesitation,
Your overthinking,
Your lack of confidence.
And on the other side,
Clarity,
Power,
Self-trust,
Confidence.
Throughout your journey in your life,
You've spent time on both sides.
But right now,
Here with me holding you,
You get to choose where you stand.
So with a big deep breath,
With me consciously choose,
Consciously step your awareness onto the side of self-trust,
Onto the side of the confident version of you and feel this decision physically.
Feel this decision in your body,
Feel it physically,
Somatically moving through you.
And just notice how this makes you feel.
Notice what your body does.
Noticing your posture.
Noticing your chest expanding.
Noticing your spine lengthening.
And noticing any other ways that your body wants to adapt and shift and mold to this confident state and allowing it.
Letting your breath deepen further with this confident vibration,
This self-respect vibration.
Breath slower,
Fuller,
More grounded.
Feeling how your body begins to send signals and communication of,
I am steady,
I am grounded,
I am rooted in the power that I am.
Breathing deeply into this.
From this groundedness,
From this rootedness,
Bring into your mind,
Bring into your mental awareness,
Something,
A thought,
An experience,
A memory,
Something that has pulled you back.
See it,
Hear it,
Feel it clearly.
Self-doubt a moment of,
I can't do this.
Yet this time,
Don't argue with it.
Don't negotiate with it.
Just from your space of grounded,
Confident awareness,
Look at it directly.
See it directly.
And with me,
Say internally,
You do not decide who I am.
You do not decide who I am.
And feel the clarity.
Feel the certainty.
Feel this version of you.
Confident.
Not convincing the doubt to leave,
But removing its authority.
And breathing into this.
Breathing out the doubt.
Breathing into this.
And one more.
Breathing into this.
And breathing out the doubt.
Noticing,
Feeling what is activating from this place.
Steady,
Strong.
Building in your core.
Building in your solar plexus,
Your belly.
This vibrant sun,
This vibrant fire.
This vibrant,
Confident power that is yours.
That expands,
That builds from all that you are.
So with me,
Three rounds here of a breath that expands this inner confident fire,
This inner confident vibration to the rest of our body.
Each time as we breathe in,
We connect to this confidence.
And each time we breathe out,
We see it and feel it expand to another part of our beings,
Our voice,
Our arms,
Our hands,
Our legs.
So with me,
Breathing in,
Connecting.
And breathing out,
Expanding it.
Breathing in,
Connecting.
And breathing out,
Expanding it.

Breathing in,

And sitting here for a moment,
Resting in this sensation,
This reconnection,
And feeling the space,
Not just in your body,
But also connecting to the space around your physical being.
And giving permission for this inner light,
This inner fire now to also take up space.
Take up space around you.
Take up space in your bed,
In the room you are in,
Around your chair,
Filling the walls,
The roof,
The house,
And letting your confident presence fully fill the space you are in.
No shrinking,
No holding back,
And feeling my words as you attune to this.
You belong here,
Are allowed to be seen in your confident self.
Your confident vibration is beautiful.
And accepting and receiving these words.
Breathing in to this.
Going again,
Breathing in to this.
We will bring all of these confident parts together and finish today with seeing your current confident and radiant self moving through your life as this state.
See yourself walking through all the different rooms,
Spaces,
And places anchored in this energy.
See yourself speaking and expressing your ideas.
See yourself making choices and decisions from this confident space that does not rush,
Does not need to prove or seek outside validation,
But feels certain.
See this version of you and fully experience the sensation in your body.
This is your confidence in magical,
Beautiful motion.
So as I hold you,
Soak up these final moments of you as this confident self.
The confident self that was always here.
And as you gently and lovingly bring your awareness back into this moment.
Acknowledging that this confident,
Fullest version of you is only ever a choice away.
So wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Placing your hand on your heart.
So much ease,
Grace,
And re-activated confidence.
