Welcome,
My name is Harmony Quiker and today we're going to do a guided practice to clear your energetic field and set energetic boundaries.
So to begin,
I just want to invite you to close your eyes and just notice what it feels like to be you in this moment.
It's bringing in more awareness into your sense of self,
Into your body,
And into your breath.
Taking a few really lovely,
Luscious,
Expansive cleansing breaths.
A big inhale and just let it all go with the exhale.
You can sigh,
Move your body.
Just a couple more like that.
Big expansive inhale and really just let everything go with your exhale.
You can flick your fingers,
Move your body.
This is about clearing your energy.
So using your breath and your movement to begin that process.
Now using your awareness,
I want you to just scan your energetic body and just check out what belongs to you and what belongs to other people.
Just with curiosity,
Without any judgment,
Just noticing,
Does this belong to me or does this belong to anybody else?
And if you are carrying around energy that belongs to somebody else,
You can use your hands,
Your breath,
And your awareness to just remove it from your energy body.
Exhale,
Release.
Give it back.
Give back the projections,
The judgments,
The emotions,
Anything that your energy body is holding that is not your true nature.
Just give it back.
Keep giving it back in all directions and space and time.
And now take your hands and sense into the edges of your energetic boundary.
Placing your palms so they're facing out and just feel where you end,
Where your energy ends.
One way to think of it is if I were going to come closer to you,
How close would be like the edge of your yes?
Where do I end and you begin?
Just sense into that and feel it all the way around you,
Over your head,
Around your legs,
Your back,
Really feel into your energetic bubble.
Just remember this is your sacred space.
This is your space to occupy fully where nothing harmful,
Detrimental,
Or disrespectful is allowed in your energetic field.
And then taking your fingertips of your right hand and tapping your sternum,
Place your left hand in front of you like a stop sign.
Setting your energetic boundary by tapping this boundary point in your sternum and energetically push out as you breathe,
Really toning your energy body.
Take a couple breaths here,
Feel your seat and your feet,
Really stand in your sacred ground,
Sit in your seat of power.
And if there's anyone in your life who seems to suck your energy or project onto you,
Who you really want to have clear,
Cleaner boundaries with,
Imagine that they're sitting on the other side of your hand.
And keep breathing into your boundaries and seeing them in theirs also.
And let them know,
I am here and you are there.
You can say that out loud or internally,
I am here,
You are over there.
Keep breathing and keep saying it until they totally believe you.
Keep occupying your full energetic space with your breath.
There you go.
And then lastly,
I want to remind you that any time you think of this other person,
That it just bounces off of their energetic boundary and you get redirected to the source that beats your heart.
So any time you think of them,
You become more aligned,
More connected with the source of solution and love and healing and connection.
And any time this other person thinks of you,
It just bounces off of your energetic boundary and they get redirected to the source that beats their heart.
So instead of looking to you,
They look to their source of love and solution and healing and transformation.
Just take a few breaths.
You can lower your hands and just notice how that feels.
Just reminding your whole system,
Nothing harmful,
Detrimental or disrespectful is allowed in your field.
This doesn't mean that other people won't act the way that they do.
It just means that it's not allowed to penetrate your energetic boundary.
Take a couple more breaths.
I want to invite you to make a commitment to yourself to honor your boundary,
Remembering that your boundary is actually your point of connection with the world.
It's not a barrier,
It's not a wall,
It's a point of connection.
Just honoring your boundary as sacred and as your birthright.
