Activate Your Alignment is a guided practice to support you in connecting with your vitality and clearing your energy. Using awareness, breath, movement, and vocalization, you will be guided back into alignment with the Source that beats your heart.

Welcome.
My name is Harmony Quiker,
And today we're going to do a guided practice to help you activate your alignment to come back to the core of your being,
Of the midline of your body,
Back to your alignment with the source that beats your heart.
To begin,
I'd like to invite you to close your eyes and just take a nice,
Sweet breath and notice what it feels like to be you in this moment.
Notice the quality of your breath.
Notice the sensations in your body.
And notice what pulls the attention of your mind.
And as you notice how you feel in this moment,
I want to invite you to welcome everything.
Really use your breath and your awareness to welcome the full range of your humanity,
To welcome your full experience of yourself as you are in this moment.
Really pulling your breath in a way that feels loving and kind.
Let your breath be in service of self-love and self-care.
And surrender the exhale,
Softening into your body.
Now bringing your attention up to the very top of your head.
Just noticing the sensations at the top of your head.
Inhaling,
Directing the energy up through the top of your head and just exhaling surrender.
Staying with that breath pattern,
Inhaling up through the crown of your head,
Connecting with your alignment to the source that beats your heart up through your crown chakra.
And as you exhale,
Inviting that high vibrational energy down into your body.
Just nice and slowly as if it's a sand through an hourglass.
Just letting that energy come down into your head through the crown.
It's really filling up your mind and your brain and your head with that high vibrational energy of source as you empty out your thoughts,
Your tension.
Really letting that high vibrational energy touch every aspect of your head as you continue to empty yourself of thought.
And now bringing your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Your seat of intuition and deeper knowing.
It's really opening up your third eye,
Reconnecting with the infinite wisdom that you always have access to.
If you'd like,
You can bring two fingers to your third eye.
Just really gently rotate your fingers in a circular motion,
Supporting the opening of your intuition and your deeper knowing.
As you continue to breathe and invite that high vibrational energy from the crown of your head into your third eye,
Softening and surrendering into your body with every exhale.
Then lowering your hand if you're rubbing your third eye and bringing your attention into your throat,
Inviting that high vibrational energy to continue to move down into your throat.
Really filling up your throat with that energy and with every exhale just letting go,
Emptying anything that you're holding in your throat.
If you'd like,
You can give it a tone,
You can sigh.
As you do,
Soften your jaw,
Just continuing emptying out,
Making room for the high vibrational energy of your true essence,
Your alignment with source.
You can always move your head and roll your head to help open up your throat and your jaw,
Roll your shoulders,
Just reminding yourself that your physical body and your energy body can move freely.
Continue to use your breath and your awareness to support the movement of that energy.
Just taking a couple more breaths like that,
Softening your jaw with every exhale,
Really letting your jaw just hang there.
Then bringing your attention to the center of your heart,
Connecting with your tender,
Vulnerable,
Wise heart right in the center of your chest.
Just wrapping your heart with awareness and love.
Just keep your breath moving,
Allowing for any emotion to move through you,
Honoring all the layers of energy and emotion that you touch with your awareness and inviting the energy to clear and to move with your breath.
As you connect with your heart,
Just check in and see if you're holding anything that belongs to somebody else that's not yours to carry.
If you are,
Just on the level of energy,
Just give that back so that you only process what is yours to process.
You can even take your hand and physically take from your heart and gently give it away,
Give it back,
Supporting the movement as you clear your heart.
Nice and a sweet breath there,
Continuing to bring your awareness in even deeper down to your solar plexus,
Inviting that high vibrational energy into your whole being from the crown of your head down to your solar plexus.
This is your seat of personal power,
Of will,
Of action.
Just notice your solar plexus,
Wrapping it with awareness and breath.
If there's any tension here,
This is typically because there's a place in our life where we're incongruent,
Where our action and our will isn't aligned with the truth of how we want to be.
So just notice that if there's any place in your life where you are ready to show up with more personal power and sovereignty and agency,
Really feel that here in your solar plexus.
Keep breathing and inviting the light of conscious awareness into your solar plexus all the way around and through.
Now bringing your attention to your sacral chakra,
Your sacrum and your belly,
Your seed of creativity and sensuality.
Really connect with this place within you that is luscious and juicy and alive.
Really stoke the fire of your passion with the awareness and consciousness of that high vibrational energy.
If you'd like,
You can move in a circular motion as you connect with your sensuality,
Your breath and opening up into your sacral chakra.
It's important to remember that our alignment isn't a straight line.
It's more like a flowing river of energy.
And so as you get down into these lower chakras,
Really let yourself feel that movement and keep breathing as you open more fully to yourself,
To your true self,
To your true nature,
To your vital force.
And now a nice big inhale.
And as you exhale,
Seat your attention down into your root chakra right at the base of your spine,
Your perineum,
Just softly opens.
Opens like a flower connecting down to the earth.
With every exhale,
Softening your jaw and gently softening your root,
Noticing that you don't need to effort to feel held by the earth.
The earth is there holding you always.
So just let yourself feel held in this moment.
Your root chakra is your seat of security and safety within your own body.
So often we look outside of ourselves for security and safety.
And right now is a time to nurture your inner security and safety.
Fully embodying yourself,
Landing in your own seat,
Fully occupying your body as you align with the source that beats your heart.
Now from the top of your head,
From your crown chakra right down through the midline of your body,
Touching down to your root,
Just noticing your alignment and your vital force moving through you,
Scanning the core of your being with your breath and your awareness,
Opening up,
Activating your alignment even more,
Inhaling up through the crown of your head and exhaling right down through the root as if you had a third leg coming down through your root down to the core of the earth,
Inhaling up through the crown of your head beyond aligning to the source that beats your heart and exhaling,
Inviting that high vibrational energy to move down through the core of your being to the core of the earth,
Staying with that breath pattern at your own pace,
Activating your alignment and embodying your essential self,
And remembering that energy is like a river,
It's not like a stick.
And so really as you connect with your alignment,
Let your body and your energy move,
Let that flowing river of energy and vitality move through you.
Just a few more breaths here.
And then placing one hand on your forehead and one hand on your heart.
May your mind and your heart be connected and aligned.
Then moving that hand from your forehead down to your solar plexus,
May your mind and your heart and your will be aligned.
And as we close this guided practice,
I'd like to invite you to make a commitment to yourself.
Anytime you notice you come off center to come back to your home base and to live from the core of your being aligned with the source that beats your heart.
