This is a guided alignment and energetic practice to support you in having a flow of vitality up the midline of your body and strong toned energetic boundaries.
To begin,
I'd like to invite you to close your eyes and turn toward yourself.
Take a nice,
Sweet,
Loving breath and exhale.
Soften your jaw.
Just let the exhale go.
Couple more breaths like that where you inhale a nice,
Sweet,
Loving inhale and exhale.
Surrender the exhale and let it all go.
Now bringing your attention up to the crown of your head.
Taking a couple breaths right up to the crown of your head and notice any sensations.
Just keep breathing to support the sensations.
Whether the sensations are positive or negative or neutral,
Just notice them with your awareness.
As you open up your crown chakra and use your breath to align vertically up through the crown of your head with the source that beats your heart,
The vital source of all life.
Continue to exhale,
Softening into your body as you invite that high vibrational energy into your head.
Emptying your mind of thought and filling your mind with high conscious vibrational energy.
Now bringing your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
This is the seat of intuition and deeper knowing.
If there is a lot on your mind,
A lot of worry,
Just kind of take your hands and wipe that worry away that is covering as a veil over your seat of intuition and just keep swiping it away and flicking it as you open up your third eye.
Continue to breathe,
Softening,
Bringing in more presence to your whole head,
Softening your jaw and bringing that high vibrational energy into your throat.
Exhale your throat with presence and awareness.
And as you breathe,
You can exhale and give your throat a tone if you want.
Any tone that feels right to you,
Just keep breathing as you bring in more presence into your throat chakra,
Your seat of confidence and communication.
Then bringing that presence and awareness down into your heart,
Staying with your breath,
Seating your attention right in the center of your tender,
Vulnerable heart,
Filling your heart with breath as if you're breathing into a balloon.
So breathing into the full radius of your heart,
The back of your heart,
The front of your heart.
If there's any grief or emotion that comes up,
Just make room for any waves of emotion.
And if you notice that there's a barrier over your heart,
You can just place your hand on your heart and really honor that barrier with love and breath.
Then inviting that presence right from the crown of your head,
Still moving down,
Down,
Down to your solar plexus,
Your seat of personal power,
Personal responsibility will just wrapping your solar plexus with awareness.
If you notice any tension here,
Just keep wrapping it all the way around with awareness without trying to change anything about yourself,
Just bringing in more consciousness,
More presence,
More high vibrational energy into your body.
With every exhale,
You soften your jaw,
Soften down into your body,
Then bringing that presence down into your sacral chakra,
Your seat of creativity and sexuality.
With your awareness down here,
You might notice that your body wants to move,
Untwist,
Unwind,
And really let it.
Your vital force at the midline of your body is not a rigid stick or rigid bamboo.
It is a flowing river of vitality.
If you feel called,
You can use movement as you drop down and sink into your seat of sensuality and sexuality and creativity right in your sacral chakra,
Your low belly,
Your low back.
Yeah.
And then with your next exhale,
Really soften your jaw,
Let the lower jaw hang,
And feel down into your root chakra.
Just let your root open as you feel the seat beneath you.
Let your roots soften and open.
And if you notice any tension,
Just bring your presence there,
Your awareness,
That light of consciousness right from the crown of your head,
Touching down to your root,
Through your root to the core of the earth.
With your next inhale,
Open your arms out to your sides,
And as you exhale,
Bring your hands in with your right fingertips pointing up towards your head and your left fingertips pointing down towards the earth.
Inhale open and exhale.
You're strengthening your alignment by bringing your hands together,
But not in a prayer pose.
Right fingertips up,
Left fingertips down,
Right over your solar plexus.
Do that a couple more times.
And as you do,
Feel your alignment go up through the crown of your head and down through your root to the core of the earth.
And once you feel aligned,
Push out with your hands and your energy body from the core of your earth to the edges of your energetic boundary and feel into your energetic space.
If I were going to come close,
How close is too close?
Feel where that ends,
Like where you can push out and really occupy your whole energetic boundary.
Yes.
Keep breathing and pushing and feeling with your hands over your head and around in front of your legs,
In front of your heart and face.
And then put one hand in front of you like a stop sign and tap your sternum with the fingertips of your other hand,
Setting your energetic boundary.
Still pushing out from the core of your being occupying all of that space,
Feeling the earth beneath you,
Exhaling down,
Surrendering down into your seed of security and safety in your root chakra.
And if it's available to you,
You can call on any helpers or guides that you may have with you,
Your Buddha nature,
Any fairies to help set this energetic boundary where nothing harmful,
Detrimental or disrespectful is allowed in your field.
This doesn't mean that the people around you won't behave in the way they behave,
But it's not allowed to penetrate your energetic body.
Breathe that in.
Nothing harmful,
Detrimental or disrespectful is allowed in your field.
If you are holding on to any energy,
Projections or thoughts that belong to other people that are not in service of your highest good,
Give that back now,
Clear that from your energy body.
Use your awareness in your mind's eye to give it back.
It's not allowed in.
Nothing harmful,
Detrimental or disrespectful.
Keep breathing.
Give the support of any guides you have with you.
Then lower your hands.
Just notice how you feel now.
Feel the core of your being,
That fluid flowing river up the midline of your body.
Feel your tone,
Subtle energy body all the way around you,
Holding you,
Protecting you.
With your feet and your seat anchored to the earth,
Standing in your sovereignty.
