This guided practice will help you step back into your potential state of flow and receiving, allowing you to manifest your desires with more joy & ease. Through the power of surrender, we go on a journey together back to your potential state of flow, raising your vibration and resetting your energy centre point. You will come out of this meditation feeling inspired and reenergized.

Hi,
My name is Simon and welcome to Happy Minds Meditations.
Today I'm going to be guiding you into your potential state of flow,
Into that place of peak performance and I'm going to help you re-center your energy and come back into alignment with your higher self or your flow.
Tapping into that place of effortlessness and synchronicity with the world around you.
This will give you more access to your potential energy and we do this through the process of surrender and letting go.
And sometimes this can be a very difficult process especially if there are existing blocks which are preventing you from accessing your flow.
That's where guidance and visualization can be extremely powerful.
The act of surrender and of letting go is extremely powerful and it is a muscle that you can strengthen through using this meditation on a daily basis and over time you will notice that this becomes automatic.
And not only that but the process of letting go and surrendering also gives more space for you to manifest your desires way easier and quicker.
So there's many benefits to this meditation.
Begin by just for now letting go of all your future plans,
All of your goals,
All of your intentions for the future.
Just let go.
And trust that all those intentions and plans are already in motion.
There is nothing that you need to do.
By allowing yourself to let go of the future,
Of upcoming events and plans and goals you open yourself up to receive them quicker and easier by being now in receptive mode,
Open to receiving.
So for now just let go of all plans and intentions for the future.
Feel that release.
Feel it in your body.
Take a deep breath in.
And feel any tension in your body and now breathe out.
Letting go with the out-breath of all of those future plans.
Now we're going to do the same thing for the past.
Just be aware of any of your mind that is reminiscing,
Going over past actions or thoughts and as you watch those thoughts just allow yourself to let go.
Let go of yesterday.
Let go of all past events.
The only moment that you need is right now.
So let go of the past,
Trusting that this moment right now is perfect.
Give yourself permission to fully let go of the past.
The past no longer exists,
It's thoughts and memories.
So for now just let go.
Feel that freedom and release of no longer being attached to the past.
Fully let go.
This is your clean slate.
Let go of today.
Let go of yesterday.
And let go of tomorrow.
Just rest into that space.
Now I want you to visualize yourself as a big ball of energy,
A big ball of light emanating out into the world.
And all of the strands of light coming out from you are connecting with the hearts,
With the minds of all those friends that you have,
All of your family members,
Your colleagues.
And now we're going to just for now let go of those connections so we can come back to a place of centeredness,
Back to your core self.
As you see yourself as this ball of light pulsing,
Just allow the strands of light connecting you to all those people around you.
Allow them to slowly work their way back into this big ball of energy,
Back into yourself,
Into this light.
And just allow yourself for now to unplug from all of your relationships.
Bringing your attention back to this moment.
Just feel within yourself that centeredness coming back into place.
Back into that space.
And now as you see yourself as this big ball of energy,
This light emanating from you,
We're going to do the same thing with any creative projects you might have going on.
Your work,
Often these projects are going on in the background without us even realizing it.
So just unplug for now from all of these projects going on in the background.
And just visualize all of those creative projects,
All of your work,
Your to do lists and feel those strands of light coming back and working their way back into your core,
Into this big ball of light.
Simply unplug from all of those creative projects.
From your work and your to do lists.
And just know by unplugging from these creative projects and ventures and goals,
You're opening yourself up to receive more.
So just allow yourself to completely unplug for now from all of those projects going on in the background.
Completely surrender to this moment.
Nothing is existing outside of this moment right now.
Nothing is existing outside of this moment right now.
Let go.
Let go.
Allow yourself,
Give yourself permission to fully let go right now.
Surrender.
Surrender yesterday.
Surrender today.
And surrender tomorrow.
And just sink into that place of allowing.
Become aware of any tension you might be holding inside of your body,
Any resistance.
And now I want you to breathe in.
And on the out breath,
Let all of that go.
And now we're going to use the power of words and affirmations to help you sink deeper into your flow,
Into your power.
And these words and affirmations will help to release any existing tension or resistance that you still might have.
First word we're going to use is simply yes.
It's a word we use on a daily basis.
And it is a word that allows us to tap into that feeling of acceptance and allowing.
So either out loud or in your head.
Yes.
Yes.
Feel yourself fully accepting everything that is in your life right now.
Just say yes to this moment.
There is nothing that you need to do.
Nowhere you need to go.
Everything is perfect in this moment.
Everything is perfect in this moment.
Yes.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Everything is perfect for you in this moment right now.
Thank you.
Thank you for this moment.
Allow yourself to feel the appreciation for everything that you have right now in this moment.
Feel this energy of acceptance fully penetrate your entire being and ground itself into your body.
Notice any thoughts that might be still going on in the background.
Things to do.
Places to be.
The past,
The future.
And just become the observer.
Be aware of those thoughts.
Watch them.
And let them go.
See how deeply you can fully let go of everything.
Now let go of any ideas you might have about yourself.
The expressions that you've created.
The beautiful expressions that you express out into the world.
For now,
Let go of all ideas you have of yourself.
Allow yourself to begin with a clean slate again.
No responsibilities.
You are completely free.
Let go.
Let go.
Yes.
Yes.
Say yes to this moment right now.
And let go.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Accept this moment fully.
Everything is perfect in this moment.
Yes.
So now welcome back to this space where you know yourself as this infinite being.
You at your core find all of those expressions that you put out into the world.
In this place,
As you go back out into the world,
You now have access to more of your energy and more of your power.
This is your reality.
This is your day.
And go out into the world more empowered,
More present,
More in the moment.
And just see how much joy and happiness you can fill your life with in this state of presence.
This is the flow.
