Welcome to this Whispering Winds of Prana meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Laying down on your back,
With your arms resting by your sides,
Palms facing up.
Allow your legs to gently fall open and close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
With each breath,
Feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation.
Let go of any tension or thoughts that may be present.
Now bring your awareness to the breath.
Let breath be your guide to peace.
Notice the natural flow of your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Observe the sensation of the breath at the tip of your nose or the rising and falling of your abdomen.
Allow your breath to find its own rhythm without any force or effort.
As you breathe,
Become aware of the life force energy,
Prana,
Flowing within you.
With each inhale,
Imagine that you are drawing in fresh vital prana,
Filling your entire body with this rejuvenating energy.
As you exhale,
Release any stagnant or negative energy,
Letting go of any tension or worries.
Now bring your awareness to your right nostril.
Imagine that you are breathing in prana through your right nostril.
Visualize this prana as a radiant golden light,
Energizing and revitalizing every cell in your body.
Feel the warmth and vibrancy of this prana as you continue to breathe naturally through your right nostril.
Now shift your awareness to your left nostril.
Imagine that you are breathing in prana through your right nostril.
Imagine that you are breathing in prana through your left nostril.
Visualize this prana as calming,
Soothing and purifying light.
Feel it washing away any stress or fatigue,
Leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
Now imagine both nostrils open.
And as you inhale,
Visualize prana flowing in from both sides,
Filling your entire being with a harmonious balance of energy.
Now as you exhale,
Feel any tension or negativity being released from your body,
Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.
With each breath,
You become more attuned to the prana flowing through you,
Nourishing your body,
Mind and spirit.
Feel a deep connection to the universal life force that surrounds you,
Supporting and guiding you on your journey.
Now take a moment to appreciate the power of your breath and prana.
Recognize that you can tap into this energy at any time to restore and revitalize yourself.
Feel a sense of gratitude for the gift of breath and the life force within you.
As we prepare to conclude our practice,
Bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Laying on the ground.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath and the subtle energy circulating within you.
Take a few deep breaths to reawaken your body.
When you're ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes,
Bringing the sense of prana and breath awareness with you as you move throughout your day.
Take a moment to thank yourself for this practice and for taking the time to nurture your prana and breath.
