To start this meditation,
Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably in upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything,
And close your eyes.
Starting now.
In this moment,
While I am sitting here meditating,
I know that I am strong.
I feel myself shifting and shifting into a version of myself that is the strongest,
The healthiest,
The most intelligent,
The highest vibration.
In this version of myself is perfect.
So in this moment instantly,
I envision a shield forming around myself.
A shield of pure positive energy,
Purple in color,
A high vibrational shield of energy.
This shield of energy will shield me from all negativity,
All sickness,
All corruption.
All negativity this shield is blocking.
Because this shield is a form of light so powerful that I can walk throughout my day without living in fear.
I have no fear in my mind or my body anymore.
I have a beautiful energy shield,
A shield of light and healing,
Constantly healing me and protecting me throughout my day,
Blocking out all negativity and keeping positivity all around me and within me.
And if I ever feel this shield getting low,
I know I can instantly regenerate this shield around myself,
Around my body,
Around my family,
And around all of my friends,
Keeping us all safe,
Keeping us all in a positive mindset.
Because we are all greater than we know,
Much,
Much greater.
And our shields,
Our shields of light and love are protecting us at all times.
