Thank you for taking part in this meditation To start this meditation Please be seated comfortably preferably in upright position with your back not leaning against anything and Close your eyes starting now As we breathe in We are grateful for this air That we are breathing From this ancient sacred four and a half billion Year old planet the same air that our ancestors breathe the same ground Where they stood?
