Welcome to this meditation focused on affirmations for radiant health.

Affirmations are powerful statements that,
When repeated with intention,
Can shift our mindset and energy.
They help rewire our thoughts to align with positive beliefs,
Inviting the desired qualities we want into our lives.
When we focus on affirming our health,
We cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for our body and its ability to heal and thrive.
You can practice these affirmations any time,
First thing in the morning,
Before sleep,
Or whenever you feel the need to reconnect with your body and health.
Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position.
You can be seated or you can lie down on your bed.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale,
Letting go of any tension.
Allow your body to relax and bring your awareness to the present moment.
Let's take a few more deep breaths.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded and at ease.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Feel your body as it is right now,
Relaxed,
Present and open to receiving these affirmations and healing.
Now,
I'll guide you through a series of affirmations.
After each one,
I'll leave a pause for you to silently repeat the words to yourself and allow them to sink in.
Let's begin.
I am deeply grateful for my body and all it does to support me.
Every cell in my body radiates health and vitality.
I am filled with vibrant health and energy.
I trust my body's wisdom and ability to heal.
I nourish my body with healthy food,
Movement and rest.
Every day I grow stronger,
Healthier and more at peace.
Each breath brings healing,
Peace and vitality into my body.
My cells know how to regenerate and restore balance.
I am in tune with my body's wisdom and trust in its healing journey.
My immune system is strong and resilient.
I welcome health,
Balance and vitality into every part of my body.
I allow my body to rest,
Repair and heal in its own time.
I am grateful for the healing that is unfolding within me.
I am strong.
I am resilient.
I am whole.
I am worthy of complete and radiant health.
As we come to the end of this practice,
Take a moment to feel deep gratitude for your body exactly as it is.
Thank your body for carrying you through each day,
For its strength and for everything it does for you.
Take one last deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel a sense of peace and well-being flowing through your entire body.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Notice your surroundings,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently move your head side to side.
You can carry this feeling of radiant health and gratitude with you into the rest of your day.
