Visualise the sun in all its majestic glory.
This fiery sphere,
Which has witnessed all your day's activities,
Is now ready to take with it any lingering worries or stresses you may be holding on to.
As the sun starts its gentle descent,
We'll synchronise our inner release with its setting motion.
Take a moment to think about your morning.
Were there any challenges,
Any moments of tension or unease?
As the sun dips a fraction lower,
Imagine yourself handing these morning concerns over to it.
Watch as they dissolve into the sun's radiant light,
Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.
The sun continues its descent,
And now it's midway between the sky and the horizon.
Reflect on your afternoon.
Were there any misunderstandings,
Any pressures or responsibilities that weighed on your mind?
As the sun sinks even more,
Allow these afternoon events to float towards it.
See them being absorbed,
Becoming one with the evening sky,
Clearing your heart and mind.
As the sun approaches the very edge of the horizon,
Bring to mind any events of the evening,
Any final thoughts or moments that might be lingering.
With the final stages of the sun's descent,
Release these too.
See them gently floating towards the sun,
Merging with its brilliant hues,
Leaving you completely unburdened.
The expanse before you now is coloured in hues of purples,
Oranges and deep blues.
The sun has taken with it all that you wish to release,
Leaving you feeling lighter,
Rejuvenated and at peace.
Let's take a few deep breaths here,
Embracing this newfound lightness.
Breathe in deeply,
Absorbing the serenity of the evening,
And breathe out,
Releasing any remnants of tension or stress.
The world has a natural rhythm,
