With each passing moment,

Begin to deepen your breath,
Notice the gentle rhythm of your inhales and exhales,
Feel the coolness of the air as you breathe in and the warmth as you breathe out.
As you continue to breathe deeply and naturally,
Allow the soothing waves of relaxation to wash over you,
Releasing any tension or tightness you may be holding onto.
As you relax into this moment,
Become aware of the sensations in your body,
Scan through your body from head to toe,
Noticing any areas of discomfort or tension.
With each breath,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light flowing through your body,
Melting away any stress or tightness it encounters.
Visualize this light as a healing force,
Bringing calmness to every cell of your being.
Now guide your attention to your thoughts.
In this practice,
We have the opportunity to create a safe space within ourselves where we can observe our thoughts without judgment or attachment.
Imagine your thoughts as clouds passing through the expansive sky of your mind.
Some clouds may be light and fleeting,
While others may appear dense and heavy.
Regardless of their form,
We approach them with a gentle curiosity,
Allowing them to come and go without grasping onto them or getting carried away.
Notice any worries or concerns that may arise.
They may manifest as thoughts that evoke feelings of unease or restlessness.
Rather than pushing them away or suppressing them,
Acknowledge their presence with kindness and acceptance.
Recognize that these thoughts are natural and valid expressions of your human experience.
Now imagine these worries and concerns taking the form of separate clouds within the sky of your mind.
Observe them as they gracefully float by,
Without holding onto them or getting entangled in their intricate details.
Maintain a sense of detachment,
Understanding that you have the power to choose how much attention and significance you assign to them.
Take a long,
Deep breath in and release the breath out slowly and gently.
With each breath,
Cultivate a sense of ease and spaciousness within yourself.
As you exhale,
Imagine gently releasing these clouds of worry and concern,
Allowing them to softly float away.
Visualize them dissipating into the distance,
Gradually becoming smaller and more translucent until they eventually dissolve into the vast expanse of the sky.
I invite you to shift your focus to your emotions.
Notice any feelings that may be present within you.
Without trying to change or analyze them,
Simply observe them with kindness and compassion.
Allow them to be present,
Acknowledging that they are a part of your experience in this moment.
Become aware of any sensations,
Vibrations,
Or subtle movements in your body that may indicate an emotional response.
Embrace the understanding that these emotions are a natural part of your human experience,
A reflection of your unique journey through life.
Allow them to be present,
Without judgment or resistance.
As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,
Visualize each breath as an opportunity to release any uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions that may be weighing you down.
With each exhale,
Imagine these emotions gently leaving your body,
Dissolving into the air and creating space within you.
Inhale peace and exhale worry.
Allow your breath to guide you deeper into a state of relaxation.
Notice how the rhythm of your breath becomes slower and more effortless,
As if your body knows exactly how to find its natural balance.
Feel a wave of calmness washing over you,
Gently releasing any tension held within your muscles and inviting a sense of ease into your body.
With each inhale,
Imagine that you are drawing in a soothing energy that nurtures and revitalizes you.
Picture this energy as a warm,
Comforting light that expands with each breath,
Filling your body from head to toe.
As this healing light flows through you,
It gently melts away any residual stress or discomfort,
Allowing you to experience a deep sense of relaxation.
As you exhale,
Let go of any remaining physical or mental tension.
Feel the release as your body sinks deeper into a state of calm.
Allow your breath to become a gentle lullaby,
Carrying you further into a serene and tranquil space within yourself.
Take a moment to scan your body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Notice any areas of tightness or discomfort,
And with each out-breath,
Release the tension held there.
Visualize the tension dissolving,
Melting away,
And being replaced by a sense of calmness and ease.
Imagine a soothing wave of relaxation moving through your body.
Picture this wave starting from the crown of your head,
Gently cascading down your neck,
Shoulders,
And arms.
Feel it flowing down your chest,
Abdomen,
And back,
Gradually easing any areas of tension it encounters.
Sense it spreading to your hips,
Legs,
And feet,
Allowing every muscle and every cell to relax and unwind.
With each breath,
You are surrendering to the deep relaxation response of your body.
Your breath becomes a conduit for inner peace as you inhale serenity and exhale any remaining stress or tension.
Embrace this moment of deep relaxation,
Allowing yourself to fully immerse in its gentle embrace.
Let go of any thoughts or distractions,

Take a couple more deep soothing breaths,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
