We often feel anxious about life,
About our choices,
About what's happening,
About what could happen,
And what's happening around us.
What other people are experiencing,
What's happening to the world,
The news,
Our builds.
It can be very rampant and often very overwhelming.
But remember,
Anxiousness is just a feeling and can be released.
When we allow ourselves to release our fears,
We're taking charge of our lives.
And one of the lies that our fear tells us is that it's keeping us safe.
And if you're open at least to the possibility that isn't true,
You can discover that from your own direct experience.
Anxiousness or fear actually does the opposite of keeping us safe.
It sabotages our attempts to do what's going to be best for us.
And it also is very limiting.
So in this moment,
Let's do some releasing on anxiousness.
Allow yourself to think of something in your life that makes you feel anxious,
Makes you feel fearful,
Makes you feel ill at ease.
And could you just simply welcome the feeling,
Remembering it's just a feeling.
Now you don't have to get lost in the feeling,
Just welcome it lightly.
And then could you welcome to any wanting to fix it,
Change it,
Control it,
Push it away,
Hold it close,
Figure out what to do about it.
Any wanting to do anything at all with or about the anxiousness.
And then could you welcome to any sense that that anxiousness is personal,
Is about you or who you are.
And then as best you can,
Just for now,
Could you let go of the anxious feeling and choose courage instead.
When you let go of fear,
You uncover your own inner power and safety.
So as best you can,
Just for now,
Could you let go of the anxiousness and choose courage,
Choose safety.
And let's start from the top.
Allow yourself to focus on that same thing or anything else in your life where you feel anxious.
And again,
Remember it's just a feeling.
The anxiousness is not keeping you safe,
It's making you feel unsafe.
And as you let it go,
You'll discover all sorts of great ways to be actually more secure.
And there may even be places where it's completely unfounded.
And could you welcome whatever that's bringing up inside of you.
And could you welcome to anyone control,
Approval,
Security,
Separation or oneness,
Anyone to do anything with or about it.
And then could you welcome as well any sense that's personal,
That's about you or who you are.
And then could you allow yourself to just simply let go of the anxious feeling and choose courage,
Choose your own inner safety,
Choose certainty,
Choose your own power.
Could you let go of wanting to give your power away to the anxious feeling and then choose courage as best you can.
And could you do that even more?
Could you let go of the anxious feeling and choose courage?
Choose strength,
Choose safety.
And again as best you can,
Just for now,
Could you let go of the anxious feeling and choose safety,
Choose courage,
Choose certainty and clarity.
You really can do that.
Just simply choose your own inner power over the anxiousness.
Okay,
Great.
So if anxiousness comes up anytime during a day,
Just allow yourself to let the feeling go as best you can and choose courage instead.
The more you exercise this,
The easier it gets.
Even if you have a deep pattern around anxiousness,
This will start to loosen it and even let it go.
So just let yourself go for it and be free of your anxiousness.
