Make sure you're sitting comfortably in a place where you will not be disturbed.
Now I'd like you to take a nice long slow deep breath in through the nose and out for the nose and again take a nice long deep breath in through the nose and out.
One last time breathing deeply into your belly and exhale.
Breathing normally for you now in your own time at your own pace.
Just start to relax your body letting go of any tension you can feel.
Calming the thoughts in your mind and starting to settle down.
Keep breathing,
Keep relaxed.
Relaxing the muscles in your scalp and forehead.
Release any tension behind your eyes.
Soften your jaw.
Relax the neck and allow your shoulders to drop down to the floor.
Just check that your back is straight but without any tension there.
Open your chest and let go of all the muscles in your abdomen now.
Soften your hips.
Relax your legs and feet.
Allow your arms to hang heavily as your hands rest in your lap.
Return your focus to your breathing.
Noticing your chest as it lifts and lowers.
Notice your tummy rising and falling as the breath comes in and out of your body.
Allowing yourself to let go even more now.
Really surrendering to this moment.
Really let go.
Focusing your attention inwards.
I'd like you to bring your future vision to mind.
Your big vision goal.
See it in front of you as if you're watching a movie on a screen.
You're watching yourself do all the things that you want to do,
Be all the things that you want to be.
Connect to the feelings.
Feel the gratitude for having achieved what you wanted.
Feel the ease of achieving what you wanted.
Notice how happy you feel now that everything you wanted has fallen into place.
Feel the incredible love for yourself.
Just feel how worthy you must be to have achieved everything that you wanted.
What do you see around you that tells you you have achieved your dream?
What do you hear other people saying to you?
Perhaps they're positively commenting,
Congratulating you.
You feel incredibly happy.
A smile may even form on your face.
What are you saying to yourself now that you've achieved your dream?
It feels amazing.
You feel humble yet excited.
You feel so blessed and know that things are different for you now.
It feels so natural for you to be here.
You feel like you have taken your rightful place in the world.
You feel joy and gratitude throughout your entire body now.
It feels like pure bliss.
This is who you are now.
This is what you choose to be now.
You are one with the highest vision of yourself.
And that future energy is part of you now.
Keep basking in this feeling for a few moments.
Enjoying what you can see.
What you can hear.
As well as how you can feel.
As you breathe out really expand that feeling out beyond your physical body.
So it completely surrounds you.
Keep visioning.
Keep breathing.
Keep expanding outwards.
Really immerse yourself in this feeling in your vision.
Now start to bring that energy back into your body,
Back into your heart space.
Start to notice the chair or floor underneath you.
Notice what your back is resting on.
Become more aware of your hands and your feet.
Become more focused on any sounds you can hear in the room.
Including my voice and my words.
Slowly coming back to the here and now.
Slowly coming back to the present moment.
Fully coming back into your body.
And when you feel ready you can open your eyes.
