This is a introspective interpretation of the traditional Ho'oponopono prayer/meditation. I will guide you with points of reflection along the way as the mantra is repeated musically as well as pauses of only instrumentation. There are two complete cycles to it. The second cycle begins at 14:57 and doesn't have the the additional harmonies for those who prefer mantra only. May this practice bring you peace.

In the Hawaiian practice of hoʻoponopono,

The traditional practice of reconciliation and forgiveness,

We reflect on the ways that we as humanity are interconnected beings from one source.

We affect each other.

For what we put out in energy,

Thought,

Or action,

We receive back and also cause for another to experience.

Hence the basis for this hoʻoponopono prayer and meditation that we now share for the healing of our collective wounds and relationships with others and ourselves.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

In seeing that our experience and the experience of another are direct reflections of what we have put out to experience back,

We say sorry.

We ask forgiveness for the ways that we have caused any harm to another through these experiences.

For the other being,

Nature,

And life itself for allowing us this experience,

We say thank you.

We know love is the healing force that connects us all.

Therefore,

We say I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.
