A new beginning for me.
Today I set the intention to love myself,
To love my body and to be in acceptance with what is in the moment.
Today is a new beginning.
In this moment I choose to focus on feeling good.
Today I choose to focus on gratitude.
Today I set the intention to feel comfortable in my body.
To be kind to the places in me that my inner critic rejects.
I will be loving,
Kind,
Respectful with myself and others.
I will tune in,
Tune up and come down with presence,
With consciousness,
With mindfulness and awareness.
Today is a good day.
This moment right here,
Right now is a good moment.
This moment right here,
Right now is a good moment because I exist,
Because I breathe,
Because I am alive,
Because I am here.
Today I choose to pause to tune in,
To be present with myself and others.
Today there might be friction.
There might be duality.
There might be intense experiences and that's okay.
In those moments I will remind myself to breathe,
To be in acceptance and to love myself through it with awareness and kindness.
Today there might be conflict within myself or with another being and that's okay.
I will remind myself to take a deep breath,
To relax my body,
To step out and to come back with presence and kindness.
Today I will focus maybe more than ever before on where I put my energy and to be intentional with my words,
With my thoughts,
With my behavior.
