Hi,
I'm Shannon.
I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist,
A Reiki master,
I'm a certified tapping into wealth coach,
And more.
I use tapping a lot in my private practice with my clients,
And it's a really powerful tool.
So let's start today outright with this short tapping meditation.
We'll do this together.
If you're unfamiliar with tapping,
You can do a quick Google search for EFT or tapping points and you'll see the different points to tap on.
If you are familiar with tapping,
Then you know there are many different points that you can use and you're welcome to use any or all of those points.
With each statement,
You can move from tapping point to tapping point.
You're welcome to repeat after me,
Or you can use your own words if that feels good to you.
So we're going to jump right in and we're going to start tapping on the side of the hand,
The karate chop point.
Today is an amazing day.
Take deep breaths in while you're tapping.
I'm excited about what today has in store for me.
I'm ready to make today the best day ever.
And you can start tapping through the points now.
I feel wonderful today.
I feel well rested and calm.
I feel really energized.
I'm excited about what the day has in store for me.
My energy feels light and joyful.
And everyone around me feels that.
I'm open and enthusiastic.
And I'm excited about the possibilities of what can happen today.
I'm ready to use my creative energy in whatever way feels best to me.
I'm ready to have positive interactions everywhere that I go.
I feel filled with positive energy.
My heart is filled with love and peace.
I radiate peaceful energy wherever I go.
I have strong,
Healthy connections with the people around me.
And I feel grounded and present in my body.
I'm ready to have a successful day.
Whatever that means to me,
I expect the best today and every day.
And because of that,
That's exactly what I find.
It's easy for me to have good relationships.
It's easy for me to move my body in healthy ways.
It's easy for me to see the infinite possibilities that today and every day hold.
