Hi there,
My name is Camillo and this meditation is designed to help you re-center yourself.
Sometimes in our life we can feel a bit off.
We have this inner urge to find again our midst and operate from our heart rather than our mind.
If you're currently in a place where you feel a bit irritated,
Unease and restless,
This is a meditation for you to readjust,
Reset and re-center yourself.
To begin with,
I encourage you to find a comfortable seat or you could lie down if you prefer.
I would like you to feel as comfortable as possible.
So make an effort or pause the meditation here to get a blanket,
A soft cushion or whatever you need to feel very cozy.
As soon as you're ready,
Let's start with the meditation.
Feel free to close your eyes and let yourself be guided by my voice.
If you happen to drift off,
This is fine.
Simply come back to my voice once you notice it.
You will hear a little bell in the beginning of the meditation and another one to signal you that the meditation is coming to an end.
We will start with a short breathing exercise that will help you to calm down your nervous system.
It's a simple exercise you can as well use during your work day or in any stressful situation when you only have a couple of minutes to time out and calm down.
Start by taking a deep breath in on the count of four and exhale on the count of six.
When our exhalation is longer than the inhalation,
We signalize our nervous system to start relaxing the body.
Since the body and mind are interconnected,
Once you start calming down your body,
Your mind will naturally follow.
So breathe in on the count of four and exhale on the count of six.
If you like to sigh out the air,
You can do so and release some stuck energy.
When you breathe in,
Notice how the air enters your nostrils.
When you breathe out,
You can lay back your head a bit and really open your mouth to sigh out all the air.
You will hear yourself sighing and there might be some funny noise to it.
This is fine.
Just try to let it all go.
So focus on your breath,
Breathing in on four and breathing out on six.
Let's breathe together and repeat this rhythm for about eight times.
Now that we have initiated to calm down our nervous system,
You can slowly come back to your normal breathing.
Take a moment to feel how your body naturally starts to calm down and feel more tranquil.
I would like you to imagine a small bright light inside of you.
This light is shining crystal clear and it's located in your heart area.
It's a small dot of light,
A little core,
But nevertheless it seems to be very powerful.
I want you to visualize this light within you and once you can see it clearly shining,
Freeze it.
Take a mental screenshot of this little light within you.
This is your life energy.
In stressful times we can dim our life energy,
But as soon as we start to focus on it,
We can grow it and expand it again.
I want you to do exactly this.
Focus on this little light within you as its visualization gets clearer and clearer.
Imagine that its rays gradually start to expand a little further around it.
You notice how the core of this light starts pulsating with the rhythm of your heartbeat.
With every beat of your heart,
You're steadily growing your life energy within you.
At first it was just a little dot,
But now gradually and the more you focus on it,
It grows into the size of a golf ball.
Its rays start to spread out from your heart to your chest and throat area,
As well as down into your abdomen.
Focus again and let it grow even bigger.
You can see how its core expands into the double of its current size,
Still pulsating calmly with the rhythm of your heart.
Its rays now spread into your arms and legs and into the sides of your body.
Your body is starting to be filled up with this crystal clear light.
Focus on the core of the light and let it even grow into the triple of size,
Taking up all the space in your chest area.
The rays of your light and life energy are now reaching into the soles of your feet and into your head area.
You start to feel purified by the light,
Which is energizing and bringing clarity from deep within you.
It grows so big that it fills up your whole body from the inside and slowly starts to go beyond,
Spreading its rays outside of your body.
You focus on expanding the core of the light,
Or it spreads beyond your body,
Until your body becomes the actual core of the light.
Its rays are now reaching far beyond you.
You are now radiating light and clear energy,
Supporting you to re-center your thoughts,
Feelings and actions.
Stay like this and feel how this light,
Your life energy,
Is filling you out,
Recharging and rejuvenating you.
I want you to take another mental screenshot to keep this memory for you.
To know that you are capable of re-centering yourself simply by focusing on your life energy and expanding it within and beyond of you.
Let's affirm here together.

Slowly come back and focus again on your breath.
I want you to take another deep breath in and let it out.
Sighing out the air through your mouth slowly.
