A healing meditation.

This meditation is designed to stimulate your body's healing capacities.

Find yourself a quiet place where you can sit or lie down effortlessly.

Try to be in a comfortable position that you can remain in.

I recommend you to either lie down or sit down in a cozy chair.

Often we are looking for healing outside of us,

When actually how we can truly heal ourselves is from within.

Know that you too have incredible healing abilities within you,

Which you can access at any moment of your life.

However hard or tough a situation might be,

Our body never leaves us alone and is always there to support our healing process.

Let's use this time you set aside for yourself to stimulate your power of healing yourself.

If you feel like you're drifting off or falling asleep at any time during the meditation,

That's perfectly fine.

It's okay to let your mind rest from time to time and find that space of letting go.

To begin with,

Take one deep breath in on the count of three and exhale at the count of three.

Notice two more times on your own.

When you feel ready,

Slowly close your eyes if you wish so.

Start to direct your attention to your first energy center.

It is located at the base of your spine.

What sensations do you feel there?

Breathe into that area of your body.

Is there any feeling of lightness or heaviness?

Does the space there allow expansion or are you more familiar with contraction in that area?

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Don't judge it.

You recognize it with kindness.

Say thank you to this energy center for grounding you.

Repeat after me the words.

I am grounded and solid.

I am secure.

Stay with your attention in this area.

Can you feel any shift in your perceived sensations?

If you don't feel anything at all,

Don't worry.

Simply imagine a bright red ball of energy inside of you pulsating at the base of your spine.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

Now shift your attention to your second energy center.

It's located in your lower abdomen,

Just below your navel.

What sensations can you feel there?

Breathe into that area of your body.

Is there any feeling of openness or resistance?

Can you feel clarity in that area?

Or does it feel rather dull?

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Again try not to judge it.

Simply recognize it with kindness.

Give thanks to this energy center for providing your life with creativity and sensual pleasure.

Repeat after me the words.

I feel I am connected to the sweetness of life.

Stay with your attention in that area.

Can you feel any shift in your perceived sensations?

If you don't feel anything at all,

Don't worry.

Just imagine a bright orange ball of energy inside of you pulsating below your navel.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

Slowly direct your focus to your third energy center.

It is located in the upper part of your belly where your diaphragm rests.

What sensations can you feel here?

Breathe into that area of your body.

Is there any feeling of lightness or maybe darkness?

Does this body part feel active or rather sluggish?

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Don't judge it.

Simply recognize it with kindness.

Give thanks to this energy center for providing yourself with confidence and courage.

Repeat after me the words.

I am strong.

I am worthy.

Stay with your attention in that area.

Can you feel any difference in the sensations?

Again,

If you don't feel anything at all,

Don't worry.

Simply imagine a bright yellow ball of energy inside of you pulsating a little above your navel.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

Now shift your awareness to your fourth energy center.

It is located at your heart center.

What sensations can you feel there?

Breathe into that area of your body.

Do you hold any feelings of grief there or do you feel rather grateful today?

Imagine you feel warmth or coldness in this area.

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Simply don't judge it.

Recognize it with kindness.

Give thanks to this energy center for providing your life with love and forgiveness.

Repeat after me the words.

I am love.

I forgive.

I am kind.

Stay with your attention in that area.

Can you feel any shift in your perceived sensations?

If you don't feel anything at all,

Don't mind.

Simply imagine a bright green ball of energy inside of you pulsating at your heart center.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

Now direct your attention to your fifth energy center.

It is located at your throat.

What sensations can you feel there?

Breathe into that area of your body.

Do you feel free to express yourself in your life or do you often feel restricted to speak your truth?

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Don't judge it.

Give thanks to this energy center for letting you speak your truth.

Repeat after me the words.

I am authentic.

I express myself freely.

I speak my truth.

Stay with your attention in that area.

Can you feel any shift of your sensations?

Again,

If you don't feel anything,

That's alright.

Simply imagine a bright light blue ball of energy inside of you pulsating at the area of your throat.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

Now shift your awareness to your sixth energy center.

It is located between your eyebrows.

What sensations can you feel there?

Follow your breath into that area of your body.

Do you feel awake or rather tired?

Is there any tingling in that area?

Or does it feel rather numb?

Remember that whatever you're feeling,

Try to not judge it.

Recognize it with kindness.

Give thanks to this energy center for providing guidance in your life.

Repeat after me the words.

My vision is clear.

I command my life.

I let my intuition guide me.

Stay with your attention in this area.

Can you feel any shift in your perceived sensations?

Again if you don't feel anything,

That's alright.

Instead imagine a bright indigo colored ball of light inside of you pulsating between your eyebrows.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your healing process.

You're now directing your awareness to your seventh energy center.

It is located at the crown of your head or the tip of your skull.

What sensations do you feel there?

Slow up your breath from the base of your spine to the top of your head.

Can you feel any connectedness with the space around you?

Here it is your feeling,

Don't judge it.

Recognize it with kindness towards yourself.

Take a moment to give thanks to this energy center for supporting your connection to the universe.

Repeat after me the words.

I am in touch with the universe.

And I can feel the infinity of the universe within me.

Linger for a while with your focus here.

Can you feel any shift in your perceived sensations?

If you don't feel anything at all,

That's just fine.

Reimagine a bright deep purple ball of energy pulsating at the top of your head.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Know that this energy center is working in favor of your personal healing process.

You have now mobilized all your main energy centers of your body to work for your healing process.

Take a moment to really feel the sensations within your body now.

Continue to lie or sit still for a while and let the energy in your body move freely.

You don't have to do anything.

Simply observe.

Healing energy always goes where it is needed the most.

Whenever you feel ready and in your own time,

Slowly start to move your toes and your fingers.

In your very own time,

Start to slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment.

Know that you activated your body's own healing energy and you can come back to this healing meditation whenever you like.
