This guided practice is designed to raise your energy and empower yourself. Through a powerful set of Affirmations, you reconnect again with your personal strength and resilience. By engaging in the practice and listening or repeating the Affirmations, you are welcoming a higher vibration into your energy field and state of being. This Affirmation Meditation leaves you with the understanding that you are the creator of your reality, choosing to receive positivity and wellbeing in your life.

Affirmations for Empowerment This guided practice is designed to support you raising your energy,
Boost your confidence and allow positivity and wellbeing into your life.
To begin with,
Find a comfortable position for yourself.
You can leave your eyes open or close them if you prefer.
Simply make sure that you're not being disturbed over the next minutes and you can engage in the practice of affirmations effortlessly.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
I invite you to follow my voice during this guided practice but if you drift off any time don't worry.
You can choose if you would like to simply listen to the affirmations that I'm going to state or if you engage and repeat them either loud or quietly in your own mind.
Both ways your subconsciousness will be listening and the affirmations will do their work of transforming your energy.
With your next inhale try to follow your breath from the entrance at your nostrils into your lungs.
See how you can expand them.
Hold your breath a little there and slowly release the air and tension by sighing it out of your mouth.
Repeat this breath three times on your own.
Sighing it from your nostrils into your lungs,
Holding your breath there and slowly releasing the air by sighing it out of your mouth.
Slowly come back to your natural breathing.
I will now guide you through a set of powerful affirmations which will raise your energy,
Empower you and increase positivity in your life.
Simply allow yourself to listen closely and capture the affirmations said.
If you happen to feel any resistance with an affirmation be aware that this often happens when an affirmation is triggering something unresolved within us.
If you feel uncomfortable with an affirmation or can't relate,
Don't worry.
Allow any feeling or sensation to be there.
We naturally vibrate more with some affirmations than with others.
Yet they are a really good indicator for when there is work left to be done with ourselves.
If you can,
Be conscious about which affirmations you naturally feel drawn to and which ones feel difficult or strange to you.
By stating an affirmation you offer your body and mind a different vibration which in the beginning can feel unfamiliar.
Stating affirmations is a practice that evokes change by frequent repetition.
With time affirmations will start to feel different and you will be able to establish the connection between stating the affirmations and really feeling them.
Now when you are ready,

You have now engaged in stating or listening to a powerful set of affirmations.
Take a moment to really feel how you feel right now in the present.
Was there any affirmation that you felt resistance with?
Which was the affirmation you could connect with most easily?
Was there any affirmation that you would like to continue to embrace throughout your day?
If you do so,
Simply keep repeating it to yourself throughout your day.
You can even try to say it to yourself in a mirror and see how that feels.
You might have felt different sensations or emotions with each affirmation.
That's okay and completely normal.
Be aware that by repeating this practice,
You will start to connect more and more with the affirmations and it will feel more natural to you stating them.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
With your next inhalation,
Start to move your fingers and toes slowly.
Whenever you're ready and in your own time,
Start to open your eyes if you have them closed and find yourself back into the here and now.
