Affirmations for self-compassion Get into a comfortable position and permit yourself to listen attentively to the following affirmations.

Allow the words to sink into your consciousness and subconsciousness and let them become part of your own state of being.

Wow! This is exactly what I needed this morning. I intend to keep listening to this and repeating the affirmations. I tend to be harsh with myself and have been going through a period of exceptional self-judgement. This shifted my outlook today.
