The rustling and stamping.

Feel the chilly air.

Realize the path you're on.
It leads further and further on.
Other people come,
Say hello,

The forest.
You are beautifully outside.
You enjoy breathing the air that went physically and chemically through the cells of the forest.
All around you passing the deepest depth of the soil.
Moisture and the moss.
The leaves covering the ground breathe the deep.
The roots and the living earth,
Everything is woven and connected.
Everyone understands you are enveloped.

Transformation.

The trees stand in tranquility and reach out for you from the other world.
Feel the mighty calm and the peace from this world.
