Today's meditation is inspired by the Four Agreements,

Don Miguel Ruiz,

And Chapter 4,

The Third Agreement,

Don't Make Assumptions,

Page 74.

Welcome to this meditation.

Allow yourself to get settled in here,

Noticing your breath and your posture.

You might close your eyes as you drop into your internal world.

Just sinking deeper with each breath,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

When you transform your whole dream,

Magic just happens in your life.

What you need comes to you easily because spirit moves freely through you.

This is the mastery of intent,

The mastery of spirit,

The mastery of love,

The mastery of gratitude,

And the mastery of life.

This is the goal of the Toltec.

This is the path to personal freedom.

And start to bring yourself back into your body,

Noticing your senses,

Your posture.

Start to notice your breath.

Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Maybe shake your body out.

And finally,

Open your eyes and see all of the things around you.

Let's express gratitude to this very moment.
