Bringing your awareness to the present moment.
Noticing the sensations in the body.
Noticing the air as it enters and exits your lungs.
Finding your peace.
Making any adjustments that you might need to feel a little bit more comfortable,
A little bit more present.
And I'd like you now to bring your attention to that sacral chakra space a few inches below your navel.
And every time that you breathe in,
I'd like you to envision breathing in this beautiful orange light.
You breathe that orange light down through your chest and your belly all the way to that space just below your navel.
And with each exhale,
I'd like you to exhale out any tensions,
Any thoughts that might have followed you into this evening.
Releasing them and letting them go.
As you begin to breathe in this orange light,
It starts to grow and glow brighter until it's filling your entire body.
From the top of your head all the way to the tips of your toes.
And now I'd like you to imagine bathing in this beautiful radiant orange light.
And now I'd like you to envision a beautiful beach,
Lake,
River,
Any body of water that brings you that feeling of peace,
Of tranquility,
Safety.
And as you stand next to this body of water,
Noticing the ripples in the water,
Maybe even the waves,
You slowly start to walk out into this water,
Feeling the sensations as your skin touches the coolness of the water.
Noticing not just the sensations that you feel,
But everything that you see.
Because wherever you are next to this body of water,
There's a beautiful orange sunset occurring.
And it's just you all alone in this beautiful space,
This beautiful water,
Experiencing this incredibly orange sunset.
I'd like you to continue to stay with this water throughout the session tonight,
But if you find your mind wandering,
That's okay too.
You can always come back to your breath and then envision this beautiful orange sunset.
You
